Will we ever get the nova and astral information..? Or are people who want to adopt them gonna have to make stuff up about them..?

Heya, Sunny here. So on the Nova and Astral we probably aren't going to get anything else on them, Elf did state that she was dropping the bitties due to stress among other things.

Again though! Per the last answered ask "Any bitty is available. I know it defeats the purpose but the point of them was also being able to continuously do events to let ppl have these "limited time bitties"

Sorry for any disappointment, I'll check with Elf and see what she says but as of right now I don't think we'll be getting anymore info.

Hello, sorry to bother you, but does this mean that bitties like Midnight and Aurora are available for everyone, or would you prefer for people to not adopt them whatsoever?

Dropping the bitties

been a while

so ummm,,, yeah, well, ok

I've been thinking about this for a few days (well, months, actually) and I think it's high time I step up and say smth instead of hiding away and hope the issue disappears by itself.

Basically I don't think I can continue running the shop anymore - shocker, ik, not like it's been actual months since the last post but- well, every time I think about the shop I just get stressed out tbh, I don't even know why. And the longer I go without answering asks the more stressed I get, I guess I just feel like im annoying ppl or letting them down or by the time I answer their ask it won't even matter anymore

soooooo basically, what im saying is, pick and choose whichever butter bitty you want. I'd say I hope people can follow the butter bitty "rules" of not adopting incompatible bitties, but I suppose I can't really do much to stop you if you do x")

I know it's well overdue and I should've spoken about it earlier, but I thought maybe I'd be able to get my spark back once I was done with all the draining college stuff. And since I didn't I just started getting guiltier and guiltier and

The Butterbitties are open to the community, if you see one and you like it, go ahead and have it. I might still answer some questions ppl might have about the butter bitties from time to time but otherwise, you're free to take whichever one you'd like. SO ignoring how I’ve been disappeared for centuries, I’d been meaning to upload this bitty later on when I finished the asks and open the ask box again, as a sort of special event, but decided to just post it as is since it won’t be that long

Much like the Midnights, this type of bitty is only available at specific times! Like right now!

Due to it being easy, this doesn’t require the same steps to adopt as the Midnight does, and instead those who REBLOG or COMMENT on this post will have their names put in a randomiser wheel!

Hi, I was wondering if I could adopt a Crayola, Patch and a Slushy if it's no big trouble? *pats her Starburst Zip as she asks*

Unfortunately, no.

The Patch is incompatible with Slushies and Starbursts, and it cant be seperated from the Crayola.

The only bitty I can offer you from that is the Slushy, but if you want to think about it again before you do then feel free. Please check the master list to make sure bitties aren’t incompatible!

heya it's me again (your art is heckin cute and i love it so so much and congrats on a 100!) I wondered if i could adopt a crayola and patch pair . i do own a Lotellia named Rex , hope that it isn't a problem ... but hey i can handle lil grumps , haha

“Nah, no problems so long as they don’t bother the Patch.” Elf chuckled as she stood up and led you to the door on the right. The hall was a long one and there were plenty of doors that held different sorts of bitties… she took you to a black door with a rainbow heart in the centre, then proceeded to open it.

Inside were many little butterflies flying around, mainly Crayolas that splattered ink on trees and the walls near their own territories or just play fighting with each other. Patches, on the other hand, quietly stayed out of it as they delicately created complicated webs for their homes, much like spiders.

Elf led you over to a particular pair, the Crayola was squeaking as it seemed to have gotten stuck in the web, and the Patch was just laughing at it. She reached over and tenderly plucked it from the webs, and for that the Crayola looked grateful. Wary of the customer, though, and it quickly flew between the Patch and you. It didn’t seem initially angry, though… and upon Elf’s instructions to stay still, the little butterfly fluttered closer.

“Per regulation,” she spoke up gently as the Crayola slowly settled on your shoulder and motioned for the Patch to do the same. “I’ll have to inform you that the two are bonded, which means there’s no reason for you to separate them — if they’re apart for too long, they will grow sick until they dust.

“Crayola are territorial and require a space in your home where they can call their own and wont be bothered, and word of warning, touch the Patch when it doesn’t want you to and you’ll find your face full of ink.”

With both butterbitties on your shoulders, Elf led you outside the sanctuary and back towards the reception where she had you sign the papers to make it official. The Crayola and Patch were yours.

She smiled as she watched you leave, then glanced down at the desk. Perhaps soon, she could bring in the new bitties.

Hello! I was wondering if I could adopt a bitty,I don't have any pets,my house is pretty clean and im a calm laid back person I enjoy cuddling,I already have a bitty but he's nice and very friendly!

Welcome to the shop! Pardon the delay for the response haha.

Well I can instantly recommend a Dewdrop, Honeybun, and Slushy! Those are the most common bitties to adopt and for good reason! They get along well with most owners, specifically calm ones.

There’s always a Poppy as well which isn’t as energetic as a Starburst and a little more friendly! But they still might be too eager for the outdoors for your liking haha

Rabbit anon requesting a bitty matchup~ I spend most of my time indoors, but I enjoy going outside on occasion. For the most part, I want a talkative bitty or a bitty that enjoys affection/the indoors. I mostly enjoy going to places like fields, forests, or the ocean on occasion, and where I live, two of those things aren't far away. I prefer cuddly or sweet bitties, and would love to curl up with a bitty on a rainy day and read a book.

Well instantly I can eliminate Cherrybombs, Reapers, and Slushies haha! Starbursts also sound too energetic for your interests, and Poppies prefer to be outdoors over indoors.

A good choice I feel is a Honeybun, they’re pretty laid back and you don’t have to worry about their fragility like Dewdrops. Honeybuns are fine with both going outside and staying indoors, and while they dislike rain I’m sure you can convince them that at least listening to it is extremely soothing. Especially with a jar of honey! Other than that, Slushies are pretty cuddly and feel very soft! And while they enjoy being outside like any other butterfly, they are a bit more timid and you may need a little coaxing to get them to leave the comfort of their home.

*comes in to the shop* h hello anyone here *unsure if the shop is open and looks at the butterbitties and hums a song called red like roses* I'm sorry for bothering you but I was thinking about adopting a butterbitty but I'm not sure which one I feel I know fits me I'm kinda shy around new people and I love to sing

Well, singing is always a good trait to have for butter bitties! For shy folk I’d recommend a Slushy due to their gentle and timid nature which can be sympathised with, Dewdrops have a really easy going nature and make quick friendships! Poppies are extremely friendly as well, and Honeybuns are really sweet, both these bitties are relatively easy to take care of.

Up to you which of these you feel suits you most!

Hi! I have a phobia of butterflies/moths and I wanted to just check out this place and hang out with the bitties to hopefully overcome this fear of mine :D Yay go me! I also think that the little cuties are adorable and hopefully, maybe, might wanna adopt one if I feel confident enough even though butterflies scare the daylights out of me :3 (can this be a rp please? sorry if I'm just wasting your time ^^")

Ah- ignore the first question, my apologies I think I figured it out?I was wondering, could I have a match? I'm an anxious mess who fidgets alot and tends to draw constantly. It's a comfort. Soft things are my favorite! So I have alot of those and even have my own nest that the bitty can chill with me in!

Hmm hmm… I recommend the Honeybun! A very friendly butterbitty and easy to take care of, and their dust helps calm you down which is perfect for anxiety riddled owners!

Another possible option is the Slushy, as you could feel less alone with the fact that it’s also a timid type and they ARE rather soft! Up to you on whichever you decide you want!

Are there any recommended pairings for bitties? Any that would do best as single pets or do they all do better with companions?

We do have the compatibilities listed with the butter bitties that get along and don’t get along. Like how Dewdrops and Cherrybombs get along for example, but on the other hand, as we’ve seen the Astral and Crayola don’t. (Compatibilities are very important because of this!)

Other examples include Honeybuns and Reapers (Reapers are a special bitty that requires a DM approval, ergo not guaranteed to have), and Poppies and Dewdrops!

However, if you want to go for a single bitty then any of them would technically be fine! There’s no pressure in adopting more than one. ^^

What types of butter bittys are in stalk sorry I'm just not trying to be rude or anything.? If so do u have any destroyers, nerdy type or edgey. I'm just really excited to be getting a bitty for the first time

Haha glad to hear! Very sorry for the delay but I’ve been extremely busy xD

In terms of ‘destroyers’ and ‘edgy’ I don’t exactly have any bitties that’ll kill you or anything around them, but in terms of aggression there’s the Crayola which gets fiercely protective of Patch bitties, Cherrybombs that are a little bitey but inwardly protective of their owners, and Reapers that require a special RP test in order to obtain them. Reapers are NOT guaranteed!

I’m not sure what you mean by nerdy considering the way my bitties work, so hope the rest helps!

I'm not high energy (mental health reasons) but I have kids. Which bitty would be a good fit? I'd love to have one join my family. Only have an astral dragon and cat right now.

For low energy owners I definitely don’t recommend Poppies or Starbursts, they’re too eager to fly around and play.

Dewdrops are very calm bitties, and Honeybuns are pretty calm as well but prefer to play a bit more than Dewdrops do. Dewdrops are extremely fragile, so I’d be careful if you wanted to adopt either one. Dewdrops help with owners that struggle to sleep due to their dust, and Honeybuns help with calming you down if you’re nervous or anxious. Either of these options may be good for you!
