I've honestly had a good week. I've been able to keep my goal in mind and have been basically fasting all day and only eating dinner and then exercising a lot. I feel great honestly. I'm more motivated now since I've done so well and I'm determined to succeed. I did have a small problem where my mom noticed I wasn't eating but luckily I have my own room so I made some food and went to my room and gave it to my dog so it looks like I'm still eating but I'm really not. But yeah...

I want to cry. I am a stupid, fat idiot. Like seriously. I think my sister figures out about me not eating. I should have been more freaking careful. I heard her talking this morning to her mother in law while she thought I was asleep about if she noticed that I never ate breakfast and that I always had smaller portions than everyone else and I don't know what to do. She's going to tell her father in law to keep an eye on me today and I really really don't want to eat today. Like my stomach is knots and I woke up feeling fat and I just can't handle it today especially since I have an interview so feeling fat makes me even more nervous and anxious.

Okay so I haven't been on here for a little while because things have been crazy hectic at my house but the hecticness allowed me to get down to 45kg and I was so happy but I still have bug thighs and a small barely there stomach but it's bugging me sfm. And now I've been at my sister's and her husbands family's house for about 5 days and I just weighed myself and I put on a whole 3kgs. I feel sick to mys stomach and I just want to like cut all my fat off right now. But I've been sticking to my cal def except I haven't been able to exercise because my sister's father in law runs a business from home so i can't exercise as much as I want so I just can't wait to go home. Like don't get me wrong, I love my sister so much but her and her in laws make me feel bad for not eating and I feel even worse for eating which makes it a whole damned cycle and I hate it. And I can't even try to puke it up because her father in law is at home all day and sound travels through the house so loudly. So I just can't wait to go home so I don't have to eat and can exercise as much as I want because at least at home, my parents don't really pay much attention to what I'm eating since I'm in a small cottage next door to our house .
