Take your time. You don’t have to fix or solve everything in one fell swoop- Just wanting to solve things in the first place is a sign that things are on the right track. Things don’t have to be solved right away, and that’s ok.

Can I get some positivity abt finding ways to stay occupied?
Oh! Um, my friends keep telling me I have to learn how to take care of myself, so I think balancing that with the tasks is super important! Make sure to prioritize things too, with top priority being things coming soon or that are just important to get done!
If you're just looking for ways to stay occupied though, then preparing for stuff is generally safe to do. It never hurts to be over-prepared, right? Organize things, setting stuff up-
I have a hard time getting things here organized though.. Oh, what if you keep your things extra organized for me? That way I know that I was able to help organize something!

Take a moment and breathe! Close your eyes, take a deep breath in as far as you can, pause, and sloowly breathe out. Relaxing your breathing can be a big help, and it's important to remember that you're safe.

Don’t stretch yourself too thin. I’m trying to work on this myself, and just recently had to tell my friend that I couldn’t do her homework, and she understood! Uh- point is, it’s OK to say if you have too much on your plate and need to adjust, or if you feel overwhelmed and need to lighten the load enough to take a breather.
It’s okay. You’ll be okay.

Hey molly what's your favorite type of bear?
Oh, jeez. Um, there are so many different types of bears that it’s hard to decide! I mean, there are brown bears and grizzly bears (They’re different! Brown bears are bigger and live on a coast while grizzlies have bigger lump things on their back and live inland!) and sloth bears and sun bears and black bears and!! Um. Sorry, I’m rambling.
My favorite bear... I want to say brown bears because they’re the most widespread and a lot nicer than grizzly bears- my hoodie also looks like a brown bear, and it’s really important to me. When it comes to how they act though, I think the asian black bears? They’re a lot shyer and not as aggressive and the only danger you’ll be in if you were around one is if it felt like you were threatening it.
Uh- not to say that bears aren’t dangerous, though! They very much are and regardless of the species, you shouldn’t engage with them- please? Please don’t walk up to a bear. I don’t want to be responsible for that or what happens.
