Self destruction to Self love

I really hope what I’m doing is gonna help my depression. I’ve created this as an open book journal, for I am an open book. If I hold stuff in, I’ll self discipline and just bottle for too long I self destruct.

It’s something I’ve been meaning to fix this problem for a while now, most of  my life actually. I have ADHD, so finding a method to cope bores me in days. Then I curl back up into my sad pit again. But journaling, typing online, etc, it helped. It got my thoughts out. And I like to see it in the future to see my growth for future inspiration to healing when I’ve broken again.

But I lose my physical journals so much, so I’m using this to help my mental health and become a better person. Day by day.

and I hope, if people or strangers ever come across this, know that you’re always welcome if you need to rant too :) You’re not alone, you can overcome your darkest moments and I’ll cheer on your recovery to self love!

take care of yourselves, open up about your trauma and what’s damaged you, learn to process it and then move on and heal from it.  I didn’t believe it helped, but it does <3
