Today’s bug: Madagascar Hissing Cockroach!

Here’s your bug for May 20th, 2021! Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches are known for hissing when they feel threatened, hence the name. Like a lot of bugs, they use spiracles (small pores on their body) to breathe. They have no wings, and only one pair of antennae. These guys are actually commonly kept as pets!
