In case you’re wondering how sorry Ryan’s wife is for saying the n-word. She liked the top comment just days after her apology. (there’s a video showing she liked that comment on twitter)

the same people that are still debating if he’s wrong or even defending ryan guzman are the same that find black lives matter controversial.

Buck: I had NOTHING to do with it.
Buck: Okay, it was my idea, but I don’t feel good about it.

Before I have to answer the same ask over and over again I'm just going to make this post.
-I'm not black. I can't accept his apology. Not mine to accept. Yeah, I'm not white either and I have had racial slurs and slurs about my sexuality thrown at me, but nothing that carries the weight of the n-word. So, I 100% understand and support black people not accepting his apology and wanting him to get fired.
-I always got an uncomfortable feeling the way he acts and carries himself, as well as his wife. I followed Ryan briefly on insta and posted a comment about how he should address the situation (way back) and he blocked me. (I wasn't mean, didn't curse, no threats, nothing. It was something along the lines "I think you should address your wife's use of the n-word before it escalates") I think he and his wife have been handling this and other situations very poorly which is why I'm not sure if they're sincere. Only time will tell.
-I don't surround myself with people that think it's okay to use stereotypes for comedic effects. I had "friends" who thought that's okay and I cut them loose. Personally, I think you must've been surrounded by questionable people growing up if you think that's okay. You can have a different opinion. But you choose who you surround yourself with. And I don't want that.
-Personally, I want him to get fired. There are plenty of great lantino actors out there. But I'm not the one who has to work with him. So I'm not going to bombard 9-1-1 accounts with it. Because I'm not black and because I don't work with him. I can choose to simply switch off. But he needs to be held accountable for his actions, one way or another.
-I get defending your loved ones. I've been dating my boyfriend for 10 years and I can get pissed off if people are shitty to him but still, I can't comprehend Ryan's actions. Again, poorly handled.
-I choose not to support Ryan and his wife. And I want to be able to enjoy my shows fully. And right now I can't enjoy 9-1-1 fully. Maybe I never will again. Only time will tell.
Lastly, I don't want to pressure anyone into anything. I see more and more posts and tweets telling people how you're supposed to feel and what are you suppose to do right now. That's up to you, no one else. I can't force you, neither can anyone else. If you think he and his wife were in the right, we can try to educate you but we can't force you. It's the one thing I've learned in the past week.

The thing that pisses me off the most since his “apology” came out:
Tumblr media
Do people think an apology can undo all damage in an instant?

I left a comment on Ryan's insta video yesterday basically saying if you ain't black, you have no right to accept an apology directed towards black people.
And guess what? I woke up to a bunch of white people calling me a racist and getting butthurt over it.
All of you are part of the problem.
