Fake Buddhist Tribunal Court of Human Rights Legal Case on Sri Sri Ravishankarji

“I am a devout follower of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ji whom I revere, respect and worship. I was shocked to find the below link where Ravi Shankarji is issued a warning by a Online Buddhist Tribunal of Human Rights. His Holiness is a spiritual Guru of world acclaim and is revered for his divine interventions for world peace. An attempt on his online defamation will be considered blasphemous by millions of followers worldwide. This made me research the responsible Argentinian Buddhist organization the UBNO for a credential check” http://web.archive.org/web/20181122135344/https://buddhistcourt-gov.net/2017/03/21/legal-requirement-to-ravi-shankar/
The UBNO UNITED BUDDHIST NATIONS ORGANIZATION is a Buddhist organization headed by an Argentinian Master Maitreya Samyaksambuddha. It has an address of Calle 7 1595 Costa Bonita, Quequen, CP 7631, Buenos Aires Argentina. A google map shows Calle 7 as a street in Costa Bonita village with 46 inhabitants by 2001 census by INDEC. 1595 is an unlisted cross road location with empty land around, in google maps as of today, though the UNBO web photo shows a tall building.
HIS EXCELLENCY MASTER MAITREYA SAMYAKSAMBUDDHA is probably an adopted Title and not the legal Name. Samyakshambuddha means reincarnate or last Buddha. The Title His Excellency has no reference as this term is used only by Presidents, Ambassadors, Governors & Kings of provinces or countries. Buddhist Head monks use title Venerable or Roshi or Sensei which is common to Martial arts Masters. Case 40/2018: Japan PM Shinzo Abe Master Maitreya is his reply to INTERPOL after an INTERPOL complaint admits that his tribunal is not legal or a court of justice. As yet, no government has replied or questioned the credentials of this Argentinian online Tribunal seriously. He has run a trial on Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Spiritual Guru of India http://web.archive.org/web/20181122135344/https://buddhistcourt-gov.net/2017/03/21/legal-requirement-to-ravi-shankar/ where he states Mr. Shankar has signed an agreement with Mauricio Macri in 2008, there is clearly a conflict of interests, so that any ethical evaluation that Mr. Shankar can make will be tinged with personal interests. Despite the fact that Mr. Shankar has also stated that he wishes to “see the world as one family” where cultures and religions meet “in harmony”, the complicity with human rights violations is completely contradictory to the discourse he verbally transmits. This kind of spiritual self-contradiction is also perceptible in his vision of billionaires obsessed with money and luxury cars, about whom Mr. Shankar thinks “it’s okay they have it while having a big smile, heart for them and others”. In a world where more than half of humankind lacks food and drinkable water, only impostors who receive multi-million dollar donations are in favor of social injustice & crimes of capitalism.

In a 95-page document submitted to Chinese authorities in July, two male monks at Beijing's Longquan Temple accused Shi Xuecheng of sexually harassing and assaulting multiple female nuns.It comes at a time when women in China are pushing back hard against widespread sexual abuse, in a manner similar to the #MeToo movement in Western countries. Xuecheng, who is the abbot of Longquan Temple, is a high-profile figure who heads the Buddhist Association of China and serves as a national political adviser to the Communist government.
The 51-year-old, who has taken a vow of celibacy like most Buddhist monks, posted a brief statement Wednesday night, denying all allegations to his more than a million followers on his verified account on Weibo, China's equivalent of Twitter. Building an Ethical Buddhist Community
“We have pledged to look and listen to our communities and to build more visible ethics codes, working toward consensus on national standards on behavior and oversight, and seeking outside consultation to educate and empower students to come forward if they have been abused. Unlike either our Asian counterparts or American Judeo-Christian clergy, the American Zen tradition does not yet have a central authorizing body capable of sanctioning and removing a harmful teacher.” Read more on how Zen teachers are confronting abuse in Buddhist communities. It is heart warming to see such stellar support when on the other side we have self proclaimed masters in the guise of Buddhism, conducting trials with kangaroo tribunals and passing judgement on organizations like UN and even individuals like the King of Thailand!

When teachers break the precepts, behaving in ways that are clearly damaging to themselves and others, students must face the situation, even though this can be challenging, criticize openly, that's the only way.

Fake Buddhist Universities

Diploma mills or degree mills, are phony universities that sell college degrees & diplomas. Such scam colleges literally crank out fake degrees to anyone who pays the "tuition." It has come to notice that Buddhist teachings are also being corrupted by such fraudulent enterprises. They claim to be "accredited" by bogus agencies that they themselves have created. This one for example that is supposedly partnered with the UNICEF! United Buddhist Nations University (UBNU) is one such diploma mill claiming to be part of United Buddhist Nations Organization (UBNO), World Association of Buddhism, the Maitriyana Buddhist University and the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights; all bogus entities that circle back to each other. Instead of getting scammed by such fraudulent universities, please do your diligent research and look for a teacher who can guide you personally.

Who is “His Excellency” Maitreya Samyaksambuddha? Maitreya Samyaksambuddha & Master Yan Maitri-Shi are founders of Maitriyana Buddhist Community, who are abusing their self proclaimed status with their puppet organizations Buddhist Tribunal of Human Rights and International Buddhist Ethics Committee to defame via character assassination of random public figures. Is this entire ‘Buddhist enterprise’ affair the mechanization of a publicity hungry megalomaniac who calls himself Maitreya Samyaksambuddha? Spread the word and help keep the path clear of such individuals, for the practitioner to walk freely.

Questions worth asking?

1. Sex between teachers and students: Let’s begin by defining the problem. What is it? The relationship itself, the aftermath, or a combination of the two?
2. Is a sexual relationship between a student and a teacher always a problem, then? What about the traditions of Buddhism that view sex as a potentially emancipating activity?
3. What prompts a teacher to engage in a sexual relationship and what about the student?
4. How do we view teachers who make mistakes? Are they one-off mistakes or serial addictions? Will this behavior will change, or are we better off steering clear?
5. What are the responsibilities of community leaders to bring instances of abuse to light for the good of the greater community?

The founder and leader of New York’s Zen Studies Society, Eido Shimano Roshi carried on clandestine affairs with over a dozen women in his community over the course of thirty years, according to Oppenheimer’s provocatively titled Zen Predator of the Upper East Side. The book gives hard evidence of the affairs and the cover-ups, the testimony of victims, and includes Shimano’s own confession to having sex with some students. Many have an image of Zen abbots as peaceful, enlightened, and sexually abstinent but, they are often worldly, engaged, and sexually voracious. The notion many hold of a wise, Yoda-like Zen master is not just inaccurate and offensive – it’s deeply unhelpful to the contemplative path itself. In the end, meditation is about finding your own footsteps, in your own Western clothes, and according to your own experiences and insights.
