The Mental Health Calendar
We made a Mental Health Calendar for the month of August so that Senior High School students (just like us) can achieve a positive mental state by doing small actions that we might be doing rarely.  We made this calendar easy to follow and that it does not involve too much of posting or use of social media. The calendar also has tasks that you yourself would decide on. After all you are in charge of your life! Overall, The mental health calendar also contains activities that help one become knowledgeable about thyself, happy with starting with small things in life, sociable, and capable for the ever changing world. The Mental Health Calendar is divided into 7 different themes of activity:
Sound-Day Let's start the week with a charitable, but exciting activity aiming for growth of not only the self, but also of others.
Mine-Day  Monday is the most dreadful day of the week. Let's start by doing activities that helps us concentrate and be happy!
Time to get Juiced-Day Having a positive and healthy mental health also means taking care of our body! Let’s sweat all the bad vibes away. Juiced Day also aims to promote confidence in a person!
Willpower Wednesday It's time for some self-improvement. Let's learn something new about the things you're passionate about
FriendsThur(s) FriendsThur(s) is a day where you can reconnect with old friends, craete a stronger bond, expand your circle, and reminisce about the times you spent together!
Fridate with self Healthy Mental Health means receiving a bolstering amount of love from none other than yourself! Fridate is created to let you know that you too can be happy with your own company and that you should always love yourself before anyone else!
  I need rest, Saturto-o lang Rest day! To end the week, let's dedicate a day for rest. This is because resting and having the energy for the next week/activities are greatly required to take care of your Mental Health! 
We hope that you will enjoy and take care of yourself in the month of August through the calendar of activities we made for YOU!

Mine-Day
Day 31: Open and read the letter you wrote for yourself
LAST DAY! Greg and his friends completed the Mental Health Calendar for the month of August! By this time, after 30 days, he finally opened his letter that he made in the first day. His heart is filled that he survived a month, made it this far in life, and that he (and his friends) can do simple things to be happy!

Sound-Day
Day 30: Join an org with a great cause or volunteer!
Robi joined the History Club & HUMSS Society Collab and became the host of both the zoom meeting and the lecture series in 2 days! He felt responsible and happy because he can leave a mark in the institution and that he is capable of  helping in pulling off an event like this.

Day 29: Write your accomplishments for the month so far
Today, Robi wrote all the things he did recently! He felt happy and accomplished because he didn’t think he could finish his tasks at all.

Day 28: Re/Watch a movie that inspired you to be who you are!
Though HIMYM is not a movie, Rardo re-watched it and felt happy because he knew how to to be committed to a partner and what the meaning of being a bro is because of this series.

Willpower Wednesday
Day 26: Hone your talents and strengthen them!
Robi used his MIDI piano keyboard and practiced almost all night just to play Reflection - Mulan. He felt happy to play the piano and he feels that he has achieved something even if it is small.

Time to get Juiced-Day
Day 25: Do a moderate workout for 25 minutes
Robi still tried to exercise despite him not being really fit. He eventually became confident with his physique and wants to dedicate more with being fit!

Mine-Day
Day 24: Do something didn't have the chance to try as a kid
Robi played with his brother Railey. Because when they were younger, they were not that close with each other and that they shared PCs before. At the end even if they lost in Valorant, both are happy they got to bond with each other.

Day 23: Dedicate this day in helping with the chores
Robi took the chance to wash the dishes instead of his mother so that she could rest. Although he washes slower than his mom, he made sure that he still makes an effort to help.

Day 22: Follow your heart - do anything you want to feel rested
Because of the task from Day 12, Rardo made playing the guitar his past time. He feels happy, confident, and rested whenever he holds and plays songs on his guitar.

Day 21: Cook/Buy yourself your favorite food!
Rardo bought his comfort food.... McDonald’s!!! His favorite cheeseburger, fries, and cokefloat made both his tummy and feelings happy today! He is also happy because this also became a cheat day for his workout.

Day 20:  Get to know your professor/s or adviser more!
Robi, along with his friends talked to his adviser, Mr. Yancy, and learned that he loves fountain pens! He felt love and bond within the talk because he now knows his adviser outside the 4 falls of the classroom/virtual classroom.

Day 19: Download and play brain/logic games!
Robi played Fit the Ball 3D and reached Level 200 today! He felt more smart and that he can do more and think outside the box even if it is not related to academics!

Time to get Juiced-Day
Day 18: Do an Intense body workout for 5 minutes
Reinald pushed his limits by attempting the most dunks he can do in 5 minutes despite him having a past injury. At the end, he felt really drained, but he said it was all worth it because it helped him recover physically (past injury) and metnally (having the confidence again to play basketball)

In relation to Personal Development discussions, Greg bionged watched Tedx videos relating to mental health and it helped him become more happy and understand himself better!

Day 16: Cook a healthy meal for the whole household
Kiss the cook! Reinald cooked a fried rice for his family at 6 AM in the morning. He felt happy because his mom got a chance to rest in cooking breakfast.
