The problem is the serial number of your adapter. Your IXXAT interface is not MPI from BRP. The MPI interface - is the IXXAT but with firmware from BRP and with serial number like 100123456. The real serial number of your IXXAT is HW123456. BUDS1 is not recognized this serial. So, the seller of your IXXAT interface gave you the hacked IXXAT driver, which convert the serial HW123456 into #100123456 which can be recognized by BUDS1. But BUDS2 not works with this hacked driver. Here is the problem. If you need to use the BUDS1, then is needed to install the hacked driver (provided by seller of your adapter). If you need to use the BUDS2, then is needed to install the original IXXAT driver vci_3.5.2.4268.exe (I sent it in instructions) Restart your computer every time after IXXAT driver was reinstalled.
