I didn't have breakfast today. Because I didn't feel my stomach was flat enough and my cheeks were more round than the usual. So, I didn't deserve a breakfast.

At 6 p.m. I ate sone veggies and rice but the portion was small due to dorm dining hall regulations. I didn't get the soup cuz i hate that kind of soup. I had caciki and I wanted salad as well but the lady in the hall didn't let me get the salad.

I ate them but I was still feeling hungry after it. But I thought I would realize I am no longer hungry after I get up and go to my room. I came to the room still feeling hungry but I don't know how I am feeling right now.

I am definitely capable of eating stuff rn but I'm shy to eat. I don't want people to see me eating.

Because i was eating nicely 2 weeks ago and my friend said i was eating too much and that ruined me.

Now idk what to do. I just wanna eat sth
