Small note ! : I had this comic done for a while now… it’s about how theoretically Angel!Peppino and the angel faker first met… but it’s taken a funny tone which contradicts with the whole AUs horror and dark tone… I wanted to share it nonetheless ‘cause it would be a shame to not do so… But PLEASE keep in mind this is not canon and it’s more of an exaggerated version of their first meeting

maybe I’ll rework it someday, but before that I need to finish C pep’s interview man 🤧

"a little froggy" of course. It seems to me that FP's froggy traits are mostly meant to mimic real Peppino's abilities, like wall climb and super jump. Frog isn't the main thing he's made of. He's more like a nonhuman dough monster created to tease that fatty Italian chef.

Easier said than done, I'm really bad at drawing creepy monster stuff. It's completely out of my comfort zone :(

I would say my Fake Pep falls into the "a little froggy" category. His froggy side is more suble and more on the physical level. He's got the long stretchy frog tongue. He also breathes through his skin and is sensitive to acids and harsh chemicals. (keep the leemonds away from him :()

Sometimes he will impulsively gobble up some random thing or a bug, but otherwise he's not acting like a frog most of the time. When he zones out he will make a frog-ish sound.

Feel free to drop your own headcannons/fun facts :D The more the better!

Fake Peppino is having a laundry day! The weather is fine: a little cloudy, a sun smiling in joy. Right at the back of Peppino's pizzeria, Fakey is looking after the hung clothes, including his own head. So he now has an cool feeling on his exposed brain, while he's playing some games in the small device.

Unfortunately, the video game with all the flying colourful notes seems a little to engaging for him not to notice the possible underwear consumption by the hungry earth worm.

The thing in the vat. I had to draw this funky homunculus. Silly goober ! It totally won't grow up to be one of the many horrors beyond Peppino's comphrehension :)

Okay let's shine some light on the ticket stand

I got a sudden burst of inspo and just HAD to draw all of this

Sooo as you know, the ticket stand is this AU's F. pep. He sells ticket for ten dollars, and with that ticket he can grant you any services (in theory...)

Design wise, well... it's a ticket booth ! with his "body" inside the booth. Is he locked here ? Is something wrong with his appearence ? Does he hide because our mortal eye cannot grasp the sheer incomprehensible shape of his body ? Buy a ticket and find out :D !

He does talk "normally", but his voice retains that pitch deformation you hear in his sfx

Obviously I went with the "monster in the dark" route here, taking inspo from his sprite after the chase sequence in his bossfight

He tends to move the wooden planks aroud (wich aren't actual wooden planks, it's his flesh) depending on situation or mood...

He's fairely tamed, and quite nice with his customers! although he does tend to test them every now and then out of curiosity, how kind this person is, what will they do if this happens etc...

The only moment he isn't tamed is when people try to scam him. You can't lie in front of a cosmic entity dang it ! They know who you are and what you think 😣 it's useless ! And when someone does try to get away with something he isn't okay with... well, I'll let this (shitty) comic explain...

Don't try to trick the ticket stand...

Finally managed to color them

dear god this was a pain in the butt, my tablet kept disconnecting from my PC idk why T^T

THE ANGEL OF PIZZA (Peppino)

I tried to make his body blury, he's some kind of vagely shaped huge balm of light, an otherworldy apparition, with his dark red and black eyes and his halo standing out in an unusual way... filling you with dread. I just need to train more to acheive that look...

ANGEL OF DESTRUCTION (Noisette)

Kind of went with the small pixie route with her, the only horror is the mainy butterflies covering her eyes (fun fact: the butterflies are substitues for eyeballs since she is in fact blind) obviously she's not as physically threathening as Peppino, mostly because she's not much of a demon fighter... She will absolutely kick your but with huricans and thunderstorms if you try to fight her tho !

angel Faker

he's not an angel, he's trying so hard to be one but he just isn't...He's some kind of messed up creature trying to look like an angel (notice how he doesn't glow at all) He's struggling to keep himself stable and has to drink people's blood to do so... the horror comes from the fact he's a big deceiver, you see him flying rn but he crawls around like some kind of lizzard, he's too heavy for the wings to carry him...or his legs...

Moar water, relax, sun.

Refreshing cool water and a blazing sun. We now see Peppino lying on a lovely pizza mattress in the water. All prepared: he's wearing the shaders. Maybe he'll get the chance to even the tan, no really, this "white tank top" surely needs to be even out.

How did he get a tan on his legs first is a mystery.
