As long as you workout and eat healthy stuff you won’t be skinny fat. <3
Besides the YouTube videos that I love, gym workouts, etc. I LOVE this routine. Try to do it without a break, if you can’t then try 1 min break in between each session. <3
You can also jump the rope, jumping the rope will work on your full body like if you went for a long run. <3
