My knee is still playing up so any lower body weights or high intensity exercise is out of the question for me at the moment. Injuries and set backs can be really mentally tough to stay positive but I'm walking to work today, just trying to B.ACTIVE still and focus on working towards goals. Using summer time pics as motivation today as it is freeeeeezing this morning in melbourne!
