Leo:

Leo smiled softly at his niece. “Trust your mother. This isn`t that fun yet for young kids like you.” He ruffled the girl`s hair playfully. “I`m great. Life`s been nothing but good, and my son is doing well. Maybe I`d let him come here this summer,” he mused with a smile as he glanced at his son in the distance walking with his dog. “What about you? Your children look wonderful like you.”

Andrea huffed, kicking the ground as Leo told her to listen to her mother. “Fine.” Laney exchanged a glance with Leo, eyes wide as she tried to imagine what the girl would be as a teenager. Andrea smoothed her hair back down, and wrapped her arms around Leo, pulling her uncle into a big hug. She pressed her face into his stomach, glancing back at her mom when Leo mentioned her cousin. “Can I go see Leonard?” she asked, looking hopefully between the two adults for permission to bound after her cousin. Laney smiled at Leo, “I’m good, Leo, Logan’s been really good about coming here.” She chuckled, shaking her head. “It’s all Logan, really. If they’re anything like me, I’d worry.”

Leo:

Leo grinned when he saw his sister along with her family. “Hi, there.”

Andrea cocked her head in Leo’s direction when she heard her uncles voice, and after glancing back at her mother to check it was okay, she bounded over to the older demigod. “Mom says that I’m gonna come here over the summer in a year or two-” Laney cut across her daughter, “more like four years,” and earned a sharp glare from the ten year old. “How are you Leo?” asked Laney, smiling at her half brother. Logan nodded in greeting and whispered to his wife that he was going to take the twins and let her catch up with her brother.

Aurora:

Aurora’s mortal girlfriend, Abigail, always loved children. As her and Aurora were passing by, Abi smiled playfully at the little girl complaining to her mom. Rora looked over at Laney. “Lots of kids for her to play with here.”

Meadow, the more outgoing of the two twins, grinned a toothy grin at the other woman, showing off her gappy smile. “Really? Mama, I wanna go make friends,” said the girl as she pushed at her mother again and grumbled. “Babe, why don’t you and Meadow go and find someone to play with?” she said to her husband. Logan glanced between the women, adjusted a sleepy Poppy in his arms and waited for Laney to put the other girl down before he held her hand and followed in search of other children. “It’s really weird, I mean I know the camp is for youngsters but I don’t remember many kids being here ten years ago. Do you?”

Laney looked to Logan, and smiled, grateful for his presence beside her. She knew that the son of Pax wasn’t the most enthusiastic about spending time in the Greek camp, but he’d agreed for the sake of their daughter. Wrapping an arm around his waist, she watched as the ten year old, named Andrea (a coincidence that Laney could not be more happy with and one she thought her father had some involvement with) skip into camp. She tightened her grip on her husband when she saw the other, and gave a soft smile in their direction. “Hey, can you believe we’re back in camp?” Meadow, held to her side, punched softly at Laney’s chest, “Mama, I wanna go play” she whined, staring at the other demi-god with big eyes.

EDUCATION

Did they go to college/university? If so, where? Laney eventually attended night classes to get her GED then went on to study social work. 

How did their college/university life go? Did they enjoy it or not? She genuinely did enjoy school. It took her a while to get back into the swing of learning. But she loved it. 

What kind of grades did they get? She got decent grades. In fact she surprised herself by getting better grades than she assumed she would.

What jobs did they have during and after going to college/university? How did they go? Did they enjoy them? Laney worked at various restaurants waiting tables to pay for her education. 

WORK

What is their current job like? How long have they had it for? What’s the salary like? Is it what they want to be doing? Laney currently works as a social worker. Her salary isn't the best, but it's rewarding work and it's what she wants to be doing. 

What was their dream job ten years ago? Do they have it? Has it changed over the years? Did they have to sacrifice it? Ten years ago, Laney had no clue what she was going to do. Her dream job was just a job. She got her qualifications at 24, and sort of fell into social work after a teacher suggested it.

RELATIONSHIPS

What is their relationship status? Delaney is happily married. 

What’s been happening in their family life? Any serious losses? Any drama? If so, how did that impact them? Delaney's step father was sent to jail after Laney married Logan. Her half sister came to live with her for a while, until Delilah could get on her feet. This strained Laney and Logan’s relationship because whilst he liked his sister in law, he didn’t like how crowded the house felt with her there, and how messy the girl was.

How many relationships have they been in over the last ten years? Who were they with? What were they like? In the last ten years Delaney has only had one relationship other than her husband, that only lasted five months, and he broke things off when he found out about Laney's previous drug use. 

Are they married? If so, to who? How long have they been married? How is their marriage life? Are they happy, in general? She married her night class professor, a roman demigod of Pax by the name of Logan Harris and they started dating once classes had finished. (you can provide FCs for their kids if you want, present or what they’ll look like in the future) They have three adopted children. The oldest, Andrea is a ten year old demigod daughter of Thanatos like Laney, and was adopted six years ago. The two younger girls are legacies of Hypnos and three years old. They adopted the twins, Poppy and Meadow into their family two years ago. 

Do they have any pets? How many? How long have they had them? What are their names? They don't have any pets. 

HOME

Where do they live? Is it an apartment or a house? In the suburbs, in a house. 

Who do they live with? How long have they lived together? What’s it like living with them? Delaney lives with her husband and daughters, and Laney has lived with Logan for almost a decade.

Describe the place they live. What’s the style of the place? Is it well-kept or is it a mess? The place is a mismatch of styles. It's well kept, both Logan and Laney are neat people. Though the girls' rooms are a tip. 

MISC

Political stance? Are they active in politics or do they not care?  Democrate, but mostly apathetic to politics. 

How good are they with their taxes and other payments? Do they have lots of debts? Laney’s very good with money. She pays her taxes and bills the minute they are due. She has no debt because she understands the value of having savings.

What’s the one thing they miss the most that they had 10 years ago? She misses the order of camp. The routine. 

Any health issues that have arisen with them? None that Laney didn't already know about.

Who have they kept in touch with over the years from CHB? Her siblings, and Matthew Morrison. She is very close to Matt still.

Ania:

Ania relaxed when she saw that it was a girl from her bunk, her new half sister. It was odd how this girl was her sister when Ania knew nothing about her, barely even remembered her name. She hoped that wouldnt be true for long. As she tucked a strand of her hair behind her ear she nodded and looked back at the water. “Very,” she spoke softly. “It helps me think…process.” she smiled softly, “And I like the way the moons reflected upon the water.”

“I don’t know if we’ve been properly introduced, I’m Delaney.” Mirroring her sister, Laney tucked her short locks behind her ear. She offered her new sister a smile, hoping to reassure the blonde. “Same, there’s something so beautiful about the way it reflects on the water. I think its the way it shimmers on the water.” She knelt down, swishing a hand through the water. "It’s not so bad here, you know?”

Ania:

It was late. Ania knew she should have been heading back to her cabin, get to bed with the rest of her half brothers and sisters. But she found it difficult to move from the lake. She had only been at Camp Half Blood for a week; only yesterday Thanatos had claimed her as his own daughter. It all was still so surreal. She was still wishing she could wake up from this dream, to find out it wasnt real. Her thoughts could have roamed forever if she hadnt heard a sound come from behind her. She looked to see what, or who, it was.

Delaney didn’t sleep well. Never had, so a late night stroll around camp wasn’t uncommon for the daughter of death. Spotting the blonde at the lake, Laney had paused and almost moved off. Lonely, and a little starved of company, Laney found herself walking to stand beside the blonde. “Can’t sleep either?” asked Delaney, behind her fingers. “It’s pretty down here, maybe not when it’s this dark,” an awkward laugh tittered from Laney, “but yea, it’s pretty calming don’t you think?”

“Oh Matt, it’s your day, you are allowed to be a little bit selfish.” Delaney said, handing over a sealed envelope as she stopped in front of him. “I kind of left the little present I got for you in my cabin. I’ll get it for you in a bit.” She’d only gotten something small, and honestly, she was a little embarrassed she couldn’t give her friend more. “Happy birthday!”

morrison-matt:

Matt huffed in amusement and squeezed her hand. “It’s okay, Laney. I won’t leave you, I promise. If I do, you can kick my ass for eternity if you want to.” he smiled and kissed the the back of her palm. “I-… I just don’t want to be the pretty boy, son of Aphrodite, designer. No one will remember me like that. I want to be a hero like him.”

“I promise you, you do that again and I will not let you rest in peace,“ Laney wiped at her cheeks with her free hand, brushing away tear tracks as she chuckled at the familial and rather chivalrous gesture. “If I didn’t know better I’d think you were hitting on me, Matt.” teased Laney deciding to put the talk of his ‘death’ behind them. She thought, that if she did drink, now would be a good time to indulge. But she didn’t, and she wouldn’t. “You aren’t just that pretty boy, and if someone thinks that, then they can go through me and you-- and Achilles.” She didn’t know for sure, but she assumed the other male would want dibs at someone who would disregard Matt like that. “You don’t have to fight to be a hero, sometimes the unsung heroes are the people who sit out and help. If you want to fight like him, then I have no place to ask you not to. I just want you to be careful Matt.”
