Miy-ssion Possible: Bria's Entrepreneurial Exploration - Blog 2 (FT)
Hey there! It’s me again, Bria Miy and welcome to Miy-ssion Possible: Bria's Entrepreneurial Exploration. Honestly, I feel a tinge of sadness as this marks the final blog post for this subject. However, I am eagerly looking forward to sharing my journey through the Final pitching, Lecture series, and reflections on my Entrepreneurial Mind Journey.
The Final Pitching:
The Project EGB team worked hard to prepare for the last pitching event, which we hoped would be a big and concrete milestone for our team. We engaged with specialists such as attorneys, engineers, and accountants to ensure our project's financial, legal, and design viability, allowing our invention to become a reality. When the final pitching event approached, we were worried about the outcome, but the judges were impressed with our performance. They commended our teamwork in answering the panel's questions effectively. We made sure to provide the answers the panelists sought while ensuring they were well-acquainted with the purpose, goals, and aims of Project EGB. Thanks to the collective efforts of the team and the insightful comments from the panelists, the final pitching was a resounding success.
Lecture Series:
The lecture series gave insightful information on the startup ecosystem, highlighting the need of knowing legal principles, ethical issues, and intellectual property protection. A clear contrast was drawn between startups, which are fundamentally linked to innovation and generating something new, and traditional enterprises. We, the participants learned about typical business growth patterns, including how startups frequently experience rapid early growth followed by a steadier trajectory. The lectures also stressed the territorial character of patent protection, emphasizing the importance of businesses securing their discoveries abroad. Overall, the program instilled an entrepreneurial perspective in participants, providing them with the skills and information needed to handle the hurdles of establishing and developing a successful business.
The Entrepreneurial Mind Journey:
Looking back from the first blog post to the last inspires a powerful sense of possibility and appreciation. The journey has been truly transformative, with valuable lessons learned at each level and opportunities for significant personal and professional growth. My development has been driven by the skills I have gained, the challenges I have faced, and the camaraderie which have been done by me. After examining the whole situation, a more profound sense of success and gratitude emerges. The information and skills I gained, the challenges I faced, and the connections I made all contributed to my personal and professional growth. This business has not only given me the skills needed to grow my business, but has also given me a real appreciation for the entrepreneurial spirit and commitment it takes to turn new ideas into reality real successes. Significantly, my Mission during this Entrepreneurial Mind Journey has been made Possible.

Miy-ssion Possible: Bria's Entrepreneurial Exploration - Blog 1 (FT)
Hey there! It’s me again, Bria Miy and welcome to Miy-ssion Possible: Bria's Entrepreneurial Exploration. I am excited to share with you my experiences of our midterm pitch as well as the journey of our improved or revised business model canvass.
Midterm Pitch:
The midterm pitch was a big moment for our team. Our main goal was to leave a strong impression and show off the value and uniqueness of Project EGB. As the pitch time got closer, we polished up our presentation to make sure it really captured what Project EGB is all about. We focused on highlighting the important features, benefits, and potential impact of our product. Our aim was to grab the panelists' attention and make them excited to learn more about Project EGB.
In our presentation, we highlighted the potential of Project EGB using visuals, data, and real-life examples. We focused on how our product can address a specific market need or problem. Our goal was to persuade the panelists of the feasibility and growth potential of Project EGB.
After our presentation, the panelists were able to ask questions and clarify any doubts about Project EGB. We were ready to address their concerns, demonstrating our in-depth understanding of the product and dedication to its success. This interactive session enabled us to emphasize the strengths and unique features of Project EGB even more.
We are thankful for the chance to share our vision and receive helpful feedback that will allow us to improve our product. With the input from the panelists, we are motivated to enhance our product and make it more effective.
The Interview:
After taking into account the recommendations provided by the panelists, the team working on Project EGB has successfully improved their product. Subsequently, we conducted interviews with 10 individuals selected at random to gauge their interest in utilizing our product and their willingness to follow the instructions and symbols outlined in Project EGB.
In order to make sure that our product meets the needs and preferences of our target market, we spoke with 10 random people. We were interested in knowing if they would be willing to use our product and what they thought about the signs and symbols in Project EGB.
These discussions provided us with valuable information and confirmed that there is a demand for our offering in the market. We found out that our target audience appreciated the value proposition of Project EGB. They understood the advantages and ease of use that our product provides, and they were excited to follow the signs and symbols that would help them achieve their goals.
We are thrilled by the positive response we have received from our target market about Project EGB. This feedback has boosted our confidence in the project's potential and we are eager to continue moving forward with our product. It's clear that our intended audience is enthusiastic about what we have to offer, and this validation only strengthens our belief in the value and impact of Project EGB.

Miy-ssion Possible: Bria's Entrepreneurial Exploration -Blog 2
Hey there! It’s me again, Bria Miy and welcome to Miy-ssion Possible: Bria's Entrepreneurial Exploration. In this blog, I am going to share our Venture Proposal and Customer Validation Experiences. Join me in navigating the exciting world of entrepreneurship.
After we interviewed, gathered the results, brainstormed, and finally came up with the idea of an innovative project called Project EGB Machine, we were ready to move forward with the next crucial steps: To do this, it involves: Venture Proposal and Customer Validation. In the Venture Proposal stage, we outlined a complete and concise plan which emphasized the project’s main points. This was intended to address the questions such as, what is the problem? Through the process of customer interviews, customer feedback, and observation, we delved into the real needs of our clients. What is your solution? Who is the target audience or Prospect Customer and How do you intend to deliver the goods or services? The Venture Proposal acted as a roadmap that illustrated the viability as well as the potential of our project, which lays out specific steps of our entrepreneurial endeavor.
Once the Venture Proposal was finished, it was time to move onto the Customer Validation stage. This step encompassed a customer engagement program that was aimed at validating the assumptions, gathering feedback, and fine tuning the offering of the startup. Through interviews we got crucial data about customer needs, preferences as well the pain points. We walked them through our product and left details regarding its descriptions and specification. Analyzing the result after each iteration enabled us to make improvements, which meant that our product or service satisfied the market requirement entirely. Customer verification was a fundamental stage in the entrepreneurial process, because it let us determine whether our business idea had a viable basis or not, and whether any adjustments are necessary and if so, what they are. We engaged our target customers practically in this phase by making sure we were solving a real problem for them, and providing them with value in a way that is unique yet meaningful.
Fortunately, we received a “YES” from our customers. I believe that their answer is a manifestation of their satisfaction and trust in our innovation, Project EGB.
