Reese had been living in California since he was sixteen and yet, he still got lost when he was wandering around. He was so used to a small town, everything he needed was in walking distance but he actually had to use a GPS to navigate around. Which, since his phone was dead, it wasn’t helping him any. “S’cuse me ma’am/sir, my phone’s dead. Could I trouble you for directions into town?” he asked, flashing his sweetest smile at them

Hi everyone! It’s your friendly neighborhood trashcan, Blakeleigh back with a second bby. I still gotta get gifs for him but I’m too lazy tonight. anyways, here’s some stuff about my bby.
tw: death; car accident; murder?. should I put a trigger warning for Katrina? idk, but this intro mentions that ok
Reese is from the south, more specifically, Louisiana. Where he lived in a small house on the Bayou with his mom. Dad left when she told him she was preggers.
since it was just him and his mom, she made sure he was raised to be a gentleman and have respect for everyone.
He was about seven years old when his mom was killed bc of Katrina and she wanted him to be saved before her. and he didn’t understand.
after everything seemed to be calming down, he was put in the foster system where he was tossed from home to home.
while still grieving his mother and not having a steady home, it was hard for Reese which caused him to at out bc he would eventually get pulled from the home anyways.
until he was sixteen and was at a party with some friends drinking and they wanted to take a car out for a joy ride and ended up hitting someone, killing them. The boys drove off and swore not to speak of it again.
until they got caught, which is how he ended up at Hearts & Homes. It was either the group home or jail and he chose the group home.
so yeah, he’s new in town and despite his tough exterior, he’s a sweetie at heart and wouldn’t hurt a fly bc he remembers what his mom taught him.
