Re: your post about repetitive dirty talk, maybe it's just the monsterfucker in me talking but honestly I've found that writing for characters with non-human genitalia has been a goddamn game changer with forcing me to think harder about it. Can't overuse the same five phrases over and over if the man you're writing for has a gonopore instead of a dick, and getting into that mindset has ended up influencing my normal smut too

is this also a good time to talk abt how dirty talk in fics is so repetitive and doesn't often take into account how a character actually talks or acts? like is it too much to ask for a little more thoughtfulness in our porn? i think there are some characters who could never say the words 'pussy' or 'cunt' and that's fine and it's not unsexy you just have to think about what they would say instead and it takes like 10 seconds . and then its sexy . another reason to dislike those short blurbs with like a thousand characters tagged as though one piece of writing can be endlessly applicable to a wide spectrum of characters. or whatever.
