GREAT AFRICA AND GREAT RICHES IN THE LAND BUT THE POOREST ON EARTH”
The poorest man on earth is the one who has no creative ideas, innovation and inventions. Africans are very poor not because of the devil but the lack of no ideas, non-innovative and being non-creative.
It is not hard to find credible resources on how to start a business once you have a great idea. However, it is extremely hard to find credible resources on how to generate compelling business ideas in the first place.
1.    How does innovation happen?
2.    Why does it happen?
3.    What are the common sources of great ideas?
4.    More importantly, how can we use this information to develop great business ideas of our own in Africa?
5.    Are we so dull as educated as we claim to be that we have failed to invent a small phone, a watch or a car or a machine at our own as black people?
A newly released book “INNOVATION AND CREATIVE PRINCIPLES” by Dr Michael Gwanda was written to provide detailed, actionable answers to these questions. This book is about where to look for the sources of innovation and creative ideas and for once, how to exploit them to put an African inventor and scientist Man on the list of world inventors.

EAT YOUR OWN CHILD BRAIN
This can be frightening statement when you say eat your own brain child, indeed the world is governed by dead men.
Shocking statement and full of surprises to you, but after a little said, you would likely agree when you consider that all of the ideologies that serve as the foundation of all: governments, religions, and Social and civic institution is made on dead men’s ideas.
a.       Imperialism, monarchism, socialism, communism, Democracy and dictatorship are all born of ideas cultivated, incubated, and developed by men who, though long laid to rest, still live on in the practice of these ideas in our modern societies.
This book is about this unstoppable power of innovative ideas and creativity. Our planet spins under the power of ideas, and these ideas are the source of the conditions on this earth.
Consider this:
o   Every government in every nation is guided and regulated by ideas.
o   All laws and legislation are products of ideas, and the social and cultural standards in all communities throughout the world are results of ideas that societies have embraced as acceptable and thus manifested in social behavior. extracted from Dr Michael Gwanda’s new book Innovation and creativity Mind.

Freedom and Transformation
1.    Freedom is not the absence of laws and restrictions.
2.    Freedom is not void of work and obligation.
3.    Freedom is not retirement from responsibility.
4.    Freedom is not relaxation.
5.    Freedom is not the release from external control.
6.    In freedom, we finally get to do everything ourselves. We get to see a need and meet it because it is the right thing to do.
7.    True freedom is permission to work and fulfil your potential.
8.    We expect nothing to change and the only thing we are guaranteed is change
