It’s the start of a New Year! So a warm welcome back to the crowded, multigenerational apartment, 19 Culpepper, home to the Spencer-Kim-Lewis family. Even Mama V took the train up from Willow Creek for a long, overdue visit. 

Now, Dennis Kim, the stereotypical strong patriarch, loves his traditions. And naturally, for the New Year ‘설날’, the whole family has to rock their hanboks to celebrate! He wants to make sure he instills the ‘family values’ in Evan and Liv, especially when it comes to being proud of their mixed cultural background. While Alice and her Dad often butt heads, she does her best to respect his wishes, but hopes to create new traditions with her kids too!

Sims 4 - Chic en Fripes

For once, I didn’t build something from scratch, I just edited the original. I really liked the lot that MsGryphi made for the High School Years pack, but I just wanted to add more details (as I don’t have to respect EA’s limitations!). I also furnished the upstairs, it’s now a nice place for the teens to hang out!
