Al Strong: Master of Strong Ales

Al Strong is the Head Brewer for Strong Brewing Company. With a strong conviction for concocting magnificent micro-brew he crafted just 3 beer selections during the companies start up phase. The Localmotive California Common, the Soul Patch Porter, and the Mainiac double IPA. This small selection of craft brews at first made it to the palates of beer consumers within his local community. From there word of mouth spread and so did his selection across Maine to the mouths of the many more micro-brew connoisseurs to come once they heard the good word. Al now has crafted 20 signature brews to date during the vast expansion of the company which has gained them the credibility to open commercial accounts all across coastal Maine.

Mia Strong: Head of sales of Ales and Brewery bookkeeping

Mia Strong is the business brain of this brew crew. While Al is hard at work in his craft, Mia oversees operations in order to insure that the business runs as smoothly as the brew from out of there taps. She is in charge of marketing, making sure that there beer makes it’s way out of there own tap room and into the taps of there commercial comrades. Mia is also the creative visionary for the companies in house expansion efforts. She has made sure that company revenues are to be reinvested into the company in accordance with there anticipated growth. Just as a few examples of Mia’s managerial magic, she has implemented a complete makeover of Strong’s brewery and tap room in order to create a cozy and accommodating atmosphere for beer connoisseurs to connect with the company live in the flesh and sample there brew selections as fresh as they come. She has installed the recent addition of a canning machine in order for them to be able to open retail accounts. She is also devising a plan to put a performance stage in front of the brewery in order to be able to book bands as entertainment for customers and host events put together by local organizations.

Stephen Strong: Tap Room Manager and Strong’s heart

Strong Brewing is a company that is run solely by a family unit and that is one thing that is truly unique about them. If it weren’t for this member the member of the family Strong Brewing may have never came to be, because, Stephen is the son of Mia and Al and therefore is the key component of what makes a family. There is no doubt in my mind that Mia and Al acted upon a strong parental instinct in order to assure a bright, successful, and fulfilling future for there son Steven when they first began to brainstorm this company. Now that there brainstorm has turned into a literal alestorm it is Stephens duty to see that the brew falls into customers cups throughout all the seasons and seasonal selections. When you first step foot into Strong Brewing’s home basement tap room he is the first one that you will meet, great, and give your order to in order for him to fill it it for you. Whether it be samples of there selections in form of a flight for you to sit down and enjoy right in there tap room or a selected growler fill for you to take home and slug off of, Stephen is the man who will proudly serve you up from the time you arrive up until the time you’re leavin.
