If you dont want to do something, do it terribly. At least some part of it will be done.
Example from my life:
"I should mop the floors"
But to do that, i should wipe the tabletops first, because crumbs will fall to the floor, but before that i need to collect whats on the tabletops, and if it is dirty dishes, i have to wash them.
And its all too overwhelming and i wont do any of that.
So i just mop the floor. Maybe i didnt do everything i was supposed to but at least the floor will be cleaner.
This hack will save your teeth: there are no “right” and “wrong” times to brush your teeth.
