цикорий 💙 это известный многим «полезный» заменитель кофе (для напитка используют корень растения), который специально выращивают, отводя под его посадки целые поля. Но цикорий обыкновенный не только культивируемое растение, он также широко известен как «сорняк», который в России произрастаете в Сибири, на Кавказе и в европейской части страны. В народе растение иногда называют синим цветком или придорожной травой, потому что он часто растет по кромке полей и вдоль проселочных дорог.
