Halos & Horns + COVID-19

A lot is up in the air right now and I just wanted to be sure you guys all know what’s going on with me.

My shop is NOT closing.

At the writing of this post (03/15/2020), my area has no cases and my state has less than a dozen. My college classes are moving online, so my only reasons to leave my apartment are groceries and working (I work in food delivery and plan to insist upon no-contact deliveries, which you can read about here). I have implemented strict handwashing and sanitizing policies for myself as well as my personal space. In addition to this, all of the items currently listed on my shop have been safely stored in a drawer for at least a few weeks and are completely safe, as have all my packages, ribbons, tape, tags, etc.. For now, my shop is as safe as it can be.

That being said, this is a dynamic situation we are living in right now and things could change at any time. If there comes a point when I don’t feel safe continuing to ship orders, I will make the necessary posts and put my shop on vacation. Until that time, things will continue as usual.

In addition to this: if someone is interested in commissioning something, please feel free to contact me. My commission prices are cost of material+cost of labor ($10 per hour). I am willing to take on 1-2 commissions at this moment in time, depending on the size of the project.
