Lads, if I may, can I ask for advice?

I fucked up and did something that would hurt other people (not the worst, maybe a 3/10 On the bad things scale, and in retrospect its not that big of a deal, but I still feel guilty) and I need to get myself out of the guilt spiral before exams tomorrow. Considering that I have rejection sensitive dysphoria, how do i do this.

It's not exactly something I'm able to apologise for complicated reasons (I could if I would)

you all know president howard goodman i think and i think its to no surprise that hes based off of a couple particular politicians irl [methinks clinton and al gore .... Al gore especially like idk if he was actually based off anybody but i wouldn't be surprised if he was and if he wasnt he just reminds me of them honestly] okay anyway so dan told me that john macnamara was inspired off. something and i noticed a fun little detail

president goodman's acquaintance is john macnamara/mcnamara ... president kennedy's secretary of state was robert macnamara
