I have a question for other Alterhumans/nonhumans. Do you consider yourself a person? I saw a post saying they think of animals as people and It made me curious.

Not to have warrior cats thoughts on main again but I wonder if it's considered gauche to name your kit in such a way that it's really clear you're gunning for a specific warrior name.

Like if Appleflower over in the nursery gives birth to a tortoiseshell with one white paw and names her Whitekit, does her leader give her a strong side-eye and think I see what you did there, I know you're trying to railroad me into fucking Whitefoot or Whitestep, and I swear to StarClan if I'm still leader by the time that thing has a ceremony, she's Whitecloud. I'll do it just to be a dick to you specifically, you can't fucking tell me what to do

The Binding horns of BigWings are used to represent the bond between a BigWings and their sibs. the holes in their horns are pieces given to each sib, so that they will always be together.

The horns were inspired by Sarmatian horses. The rest of the clothing is based on many traditional European and eastern European countries, mostly Russia and Slovakia with extra bits added.

I liked the Idea that rich MudWings wear really bright and fancy clothing, kinda being obsessed with everything being covered in different patterns and colours.

murderdronekin culture (at least from what I've experienced with really strong phantom shifts) is:

being extremely nervous about accidentally stabbing someone with your tail and hurting them

tail points towards things you're interested in/worried about as a natural "don't get closer/what's that"

nervous about taking up too much space because of wings and tail/feeling squished because b i g

sitting is weird because where do your limbs go (again; tail, wings. this may be exacerbated by me, who has an extreme need to always have my back completely pressed against the thing I'm sitting on; or it'll drive me mad)

urge to consume oil when overheated because that feels natural.

I don't know if this works as submission but I hate feeling like I'm the only murderdronekin in existence.

(I'm a polykin, so at least SOME of my kins have active posters, but most DON'T and it makes me lonely and have isolation feels)

If you’re going to assert science in a community full of people discussing their scientifically unverifiable experiences I think you should consider what you’re really trying to say. If you’re not trying to call people liars then there’s probably a better way to go about making your point than enumerating the reasons why you think they’re lying.

PSA to any nonhumans/otherkin/voidpunks who want a fang piercing to affirm themselves!!!

Do NOT do this:

This is a “smiley” piercing (a horseshoe bar through the frenulum); fang bars are NOT proper jewelry to wear in them! Their size and shape can increase the risk of gum recession and tooth chipping (and are at a higher risk of being torn out by mistake!), plus they’re difficult to live with when it comes to eating, drinking, and sleeping.

Do this instead:

These are vertical angel bites (AKA “angel fangs”), using a standard curved barbell with a spike on the bottom. They don’t extend into the oral cavity at all, which means your teeth won’t be damaged and there’s a lesser risk of injury. This piercing is also easier to live with so you can keep your fangs full-time (as long as the spikes you use aren’t TOO long, I’d recommend 3 to 4 mm).

Pls remember to affirm yourselves safely (especially with body modification), and only wear jewelry that’s meant to safely go in your piercing! 💕
