This is the finished product of how I would like my cards to be designed, I aimed to make the information on the card look far neater and more tidy than the actual drawing with neat and straight to the point information as if it was written by and adult who knew exactly what they were trying to convey while the drawing is the exact opposite of that being this scratchy messy drawing like it was done with chalk on the concrete by a child who just wanted to draw something cool.

I've found this project to be far less difficult than the previous one as ive had an idea of what ive wanted to do the most difficult part was that my idea was far to big for the time that ive had to do it but overall ive learned a lot more fro that than if I had done something easy.

I’ve had a go at pressing the ink from what I had carved into the plastic into some paper. I repeatedly struggled with making it stand out onto the paper and I don’t think with is how I want to do my cards in the end, during this process Ive had the idea to laser cut my designs onto wood but I think that will end up being to thick.

I’ve now tried to draw Coffing due to him having the same imperfections that Muk had, I feel like this one didn’t go as well but I think that’s more to do with him being a circle and that was a pain to draw but I am a fan of his face and eyes.

I’ve now tried to draw Alolan Muk as he is a lot more colourful and messy, I like this a lot more because of the imperfections I also took what I done with going over the lines multiple times with is eyes to give them more depth.

I had an attempt at drawing the pokemon electros official art to see if I could do something like that for my cards, I feel that it’s to perfect and neat and that if I was to draw something like this I should make it a bit more of a mess

Thai is my attempt at making the card look imperfect. I wanted to make the image look like it was drawn by a child so I went over the lines multiple times like I was gripping the pen instead of hold it.

This is what I’ve been shown as to how I should try to draw my cards, the goal is to make the image look scratchy and bad purposefully and the actual card with the information to look impossibly perfect.

I’ve used this card of slowpoke as my main inspiration for all of my cards as it includes an ability, an attack and its hp I want to include this in all of my cards.

These are photos I took while at comic of some tabletop games and dice I’d like to make a fuller version of mine and I want to use the artwork on these as inspiration for how I want it to look as a finished product.

I had a go at trying some paint pens and I feel it could have gone better but as a first attempt it’s not terrible, the strokes are far to visible though so I’m going to have to practice at that but overall it was a good experience.

I’ve taken some photos of the artwork the speaker was showing off when he came in I’ve taken this as inspiration of when I want to continue making comics, I was also very lucky to get a signed copy of legion of superheroes.
