this has been in the drafts for an ENTIRE year skjkdj i planned this out in rough sketches last april when i was wine drunk and then drew and animated the whole thing in like three days and here we are. i've never animated before so learning that aspect of clip studio paint was kinda frustrating but i'm pretty happy with what i was able to accomplish!

this whole song fits him so well and i have plans to animate the next two verses as well with jean and diluc so. stay posted

im going to say something kind of mean

sometimes people on here analyze platonic relationships in media in a way that makes me think they've never had a friend that loved and cared about them. stay with me

listen. i am the number one romance enjoyer. i love romantic relationships in media. i also Do Not care what you ship. that's not any of my business.

however, when two characters show that they care about each other in some way, and the only response to that i see online is people assuming it's romantic, i'm so confused. do you guys not have friends who you love and who love you? is the only way you can conceptualize love romantic?

sometimes it's some post like "there is NO (platonic/heterosexual/etc.) explanation for this" and it's a screencap of them hugging or smiling at each other... my brother in Christ yes there is a platonic explanation for that it's called camraderie and friendship...

this is a dumb rant but please tell me you guys have felt and recieved platonic love. this is so important to me. romance is a good and wonderful thing but it is not the only positive relationship two unrelated people can have and i need you all to understand that in the real world, as well as in media consumption.
