SEYLOY MONTH! Her Sky, Her Sea 2023

Hello and welcome, members of the Old Ones! This event is to celebrate our favorite duo of Zenith chasing, Horus slaying, gay panicking, beach smooching outcasts by expressing ourselves creatively in a wide variety of ways!

This event will be running throughout the entire month of November 2023. Mark your Focus calendars, get on your Waterwing, and join us for a month of adventure with our OTP!

GUIDELINES:

-This event is all about celebrating the relationship between Aloy and Seyka, therefore they must be the central plotline and focus of whatever content you create. And however you would like to portray their relationship is entirely up to you—friendship, romance, sexual—just have fun exploring their dynamics!

- Any contribution is welcome. Art, fanfiction, crafts, graphics, fanvids, songs, cosplay, fanmixes, crochet dinosaurs wearing hats—anything you can think of! There is no minimum or maximum content length, or anything like that. The prompt list is there to inspire you—but we are not the prompt Compliance Department; if your creativity leads you in a different direction, by all means, go for it! You can do as many or as few of the prompts as you want.

-You are welcome to include WIPs such as multichapter fics, or things you completed even months ago.

-Rate all entries appropriately. Trigger warnings for graphic, sensitive, trauma-inducing, potentially upsetting material are a requirement. NSFW works are gladly accepted, but make sure you label them clearly. **If your fic or piece falls under the Dead Dove Do Not Eat category--- best to ask a mod whether it's okay, as there are a few triggers that we will not repost, (i.e. anything with non-con or underage sexual content). We want this event to be safe for everyone.**

-You don’t need to submit your work to us, just tag it appropriately and we’ll share it (tags below) We reblog and queue our posts, so if yours hasn’t been reblogged yet, give it a bit of time (usually within 24 hours)

-If you wish to submit your work on Ao3, be sure to put it into the collection entitled “Seyloy Month 2023”

- Late submissions are permitted. We will still be receiving new content through December. You do not need to rush to get all of your work finished by November 30. Nonetheless, do your best to keep up with the assigned schedule!

- Don’t be a Clamberjaw. Be kind! No bashing of other contributors or their content. Remember we’re all here to have a good time and fully appreciate Aloy and Seyka together. And while celebrating them is the whole purpose of this event, bashing of other ships is not tolerated.
