got a posture corrector bc no matter how much i try to stand up straight, i literally always find myself slouched over like a slob. so i had to level up QUICK.
also, i keep trying to workout everyday, but ive been working 12s and am so exhausted when i get off. i feel so lazy but im always walking at work so im getting my steps in but i always feel like im not doing enough😭😭

my bf just broke up with me. i’m so sick i’ve just eaten almost anything i can get my hands on. i hate myself but i didn’t know what else to do.
i might just throw it all back up but i know that i’ll just run back into the kitchen to eat more. i need help staying on track after this. my best bet is to starve to gain control again, but i dont even have the energy to be in that pain. but maybe i deserve it.
i was irritated with him all the time, i complain about my insecurities all the time, i stressed him out and made him love me more than i have ever loved himself. he said it was a break, but it’s still a breakup and it feels like it’s gonna kill me.
how can i get back on track after this. i hate myself more than ever.

gonna start the 75 days challenge (no processed sugar challenge)
rules:
10.000 daily steps
at least 30 minutes workout (currently doing the 30 minutes pilates workout by Rosie Graham)
OMAD (allowed healthy snacks if i feel like dying of hunger)
drink every night before bed green tea
drink every morning water with apple vinegar
eat 500 cal (MAX 1000!! if i overeat im just gonna ⭐️ve for at least 48 hours)
