It’s taking me some time to figure out the story and all that so please be patient. I’m working on the story format and characters. Hopefully you guys will like it! It’s been in my mind for a while ^^

Chapter 3: Plans with enhypen

Y/n’s pov

I woke up this morning, and immediately thought of writing a letter to Jake. I have a blue rounded gift box with a bow on top of it with my love letters that I send as fan mail to Jake. Jake gifted it to me for my birthday and it had a cute hoodie inside as the present and I’ve kept the box since then. No one knows because I’m very careful to not get caught.

Today was my day off along with Enhypen’s. I kind of have a feeling that they’re going to come up with last minute plans like they always do, which I don’t mind.

*Ding ding*

I heard my phone go off, and I open it seeing a text message from the group chat.

After locking my phone, I head towards my desk and pull out my favorite pen. I start writing the letter to Jake.

*time skip*

*Ding dong*

I heard my door bell go off, making me startle a bit. I quickly and carefully put my letter in the box and hid it underneath my bed.

I make sure it’s well hidden and make my way to the door and let the guys in. I see all 7 of them on the securty camera screen and see a bouquet of flowers that Jake is holding, my eyes widen for a bit, and unlock the door.

“Y/nie!,” Sunoo, crushes me into a hug making me chuckle.

“Ddeonu!” I hug him back, and call him by his cute nickname.

Jake comes in last and hands me the bouquet of flowers.

“I bought you some flowers on the way, I know how much you like them,” he smiled, causing me to blush.

“Jake, you didn’t have to. But thank you so much, they’re so pretty,” I felt the heat spread across my face. Hopefully he doesn’t say anything, I shyly cover the bottom half of my face.

I head towards my kitchen and gently lay the flowers on the table to find a vase to put them in. I remember I put one in the sink cabinet. I fill it up with water and place the flowers inside it, admiring how pretty they look, until I heard the guys bickering.

“What’s all this bickering about?” I asked and they all went quiet, their eyes turning on me.

Niki speaks up, “Sunghoon and I wanna go to the Han river to hang out, but everyone else wants to do something else.”

“Seriously? You guys haven’t thought of anything to do? We could’ve left right now.” I said.

“Y/nie, I hate to break it to you, but you’re still in sweats and your hair is still messy,” Jungwon pointed out.

I look down and realized I indeed was not ready. I was too caught up with the letter that I forgot to, “Oh,” I felt the heat on my cheeks, a little embarrassed.

“In that case I’ll get ready, but you guys better have something figured out by the time I’m done,” I said, “You guys have about,” I look at the time on my phone, “30-45 minutes to figure it out”.

I make a way towards my room, and as I was about to close my door I hear Jungwon say, “Watch her take an hour,” thinking I didn’t hear, “YANG JUNGWON I HEARD THAT,” and close my door hard but not too hard.

I heard the guys laughing out loud. I chuckle and start getting ready.

Chapter 2: Seoul Concert D-2

The day for Enhypen’s Fate tour has finally come. Everything was so hectic, with preparing your little station to do Enhypen’s hair & makeup, to helping unpack their costumes and placing them where they should go.

You were assigned to do Jake and Heeseung’s hair and makeup for both days. The first day was a bit hectic but you got the hang of it as the day went by. The guys gave you a lot of encouraging words telling you how well you handled everything. Today was the last day in Seoul, you were waiting for Jake to come sit for you to do his hair & makeup for soundcheck. You saw him make his way, his attention on his phone and you can kind of see that he looked upset. He looked up to you, “Hey Y/n,” and smiled. He looked happy for a second, but his smile didn’t reach his eyes like they usually did. He looked like he had a lot going on in his mind. You figured you’d talk to him when you do his makeup before he goes on soundcheck.

*time skip*

He seemed so focused on his phone, and looked like he was getting mad. You start to do his hair, and reach for some hair gel. You go behind him to start doing his hair, and you didn’t mean to take a peak, but you looked down to fix some small hair and saw the name of his girlfriend, and it clicked- he was talking to her. It made you sad but shook off the feeling immediately since you didn’t want to seem unprofessional. You wanted to ask if he was okay but didn’t want to make him more mad or more on edge before he goes on stage. So you settled to talk to him after the concert.

You finished up doing his hair, “All done,” you smiled and he looked up to the mirror and turned his head toward you smiling, “Thanks Y/n.” He looks in the mirror examining his looks and stands up. As if on cue Heeseung makes his way to where Jake was previously sitting.

“What’s wrong?”, you were always taken aback when Heeseung can sense when you’re feeling down. Jake was able to do that before he got with his girlfriend.

“It’s nothing, just Jake talking to his girlfriend. I know it’s silly of me to be sad about it-,” Heeseung interrupts, “There’s nothing wrong with that Y/n, you like him- of course it’ll sadden you. Your feelings are valid okay?”, You look him in the eyes and give a small smile. Heeseung always knew how to cheer you up. You know you can confide in all the guys when it came to your feelings for Jake, but Heeseung always seemed to sense how much it was hurting you. You weren’t sure if it’s because he’s the oldest or because you grew close to him, but you were glad you can confide in him.

“He looked kind of mad though, I didn’t mean to take a peak but he was texting his girlfriend. I didn’t bother talking to him because I didn’t want to put him on edge before you guys go on stage”.

Heeseung rolled his eyes, “Of course he’s mad, they’ve been going through a rough patch these past few days. I just don’t see why he’s still with her, their relationship is so toxic”. It made sense now why he was mad. It made you settle to just give Jake space.

Chapter 1: Breakfast for enha

Y/n chuckled at Sunghoon’s last text and puts her phone in her pocket after the order was called. She heads out and makes her way to the HYBE building that was only 5 minutes away.

She felt bad that the guys were working so much and only wanted the best for them. They’ve been pretty busy with preparing for their second tour, that it has her worried if they’re eating well. At least a breakfast will do.

Y/n enters the building and makes her way to the elevator. She gets a little anxious as she approaches the floor Enhypen’s at all because she gets to see a certain someone- her best friend, Jake.

You see Y/n and Jake go way back. They’ve been friends since high school and have been stuck since then. Y/n was so supportive of Jake when he mentioned to her he wanted to become a singer, and of course he was supportive of her when she said she wanted to be a makeup artist. What she didn’t expect was to have feelings for him and she fell hard for him. She’s kept it a secret from him in fear of losing her friendship with him.

They kept in touch even though it was hard for Jake to respond when he was in I-Land and preparing for his group’s debut. Fast forward to Jake debuting in Enhypen, and her graduating, Jake texted her one day asking if she needs a job as a makeup artist, without a second thought Y/n took the opportunity and has been working with Enhypen since the beginning, and she couldn’t be anymore grateful for doing what she loves but also being beside her best friend… until he started dating another artist.

Everyone knew about her crush about Jake, including the members and they rooted for her. What they didn’t know was that she has been sending him love letters as fan mail, and she was going to keep it a secret. No one should know about her secret.

Y/n shakes off the nervousness and hops out of the elevator heading to the dance room. As soon as she opens the door she is engulfed by hugs and a lot of “ay”s from the guys.

“Thanks Y/n, I was starving”, Niki said as he grabbed both bags of food from her grasp. He heads to the center of the room as the rest follow him.

She stays behind and greets the staff, “Thanks for bringing them food, they seemed a bit out of energy this morning,” said they’re manager from behind her.

“Of course, it’s not a problem at all,” she responds, with a smile.

“Yah, y/nie come sit and eat with us,” Jungwon yells as the guys agree with him and gesture with their hands or heads to come.

Y/n makes her way to them and sees Jake gestures with a smile to sit next next to him. Just seeing his smile made Y/n blush a little and hoped that no one would notice. She takes a seat next to Jake with Heeseung being on the other side of her. He jokingly raised his eyebrows since he saw the little tint of pink in Y/n’s cheeks. Y/n scrunches her face in a cute way indicating for him to stop as she reaches out for her food.

“I see you’re stealing my best friend again Y/n” Sunghoon says jokingly, but also trying to push her buttons.

Y/n rolls her eyes jokingly, “Don’t push it home wrecker”. This caused for the guys to burst into laughter, and Sunghoon being taken aback.
