So.. I've not been here for a while.. A lot of things have happened that caused my absence... Mental health, other commitments and priorities.. The past few days I've been suffering from my first major migraine and its had me immobile for the past 4 days.. I'm at the end of it now luckily, although I'm still struggling to move around and look around without being dizzy, I've got to the point where I was well enough to focus on something so I thought I'd do a sort of #OOTD for today, I was stable enough to go out for a short walk so I did that, and since then I've been lounging in my hoodie and leggings. It was a nice change to my pyjamas so I think that helped with my mental state since being ill.. Anyways, hopefully it's on the up from here, I'm gonna start a sewing apprenticeship soon so I might post some of my work from there if I can. Fingers crossed I can post more from here

He's so close to being finished, just a few minor non aesthetic changes left like cleaning up roll bones etc but other than that he's all done! I'm so happy with him!

I’m so proud of how this turned out, I’ve been working on Jumin for the past 6 months now and I’d say its definitely turned out how I pictured it.

I still can’t believe I made this, from the detail in the suit to all the sculpting even to the hair particles. I’m just so happy with now he turned out and I’m still so surprised that this was the result of all my hard work. making 10 textures for each piece was definitely work it and all the tears and stress when he wasn’t behaving was all completely worth it. I’m so happy :D

I’ll be making a video for him soon, I’m most likely gonna make a preview video for him before making him his own unique stage in MMD so look forward to that in the next week or so.

I’m so glad I stuck with it and finished him. He is existing proof that I CAN do it if I put my mind to it and that it is worth it to me. I am improving and I will continue to improve as for as long as I can.

anyways, Jumin will be in my Redbubble store to be sold on many-a-item in the near future. I can’t wait to see what my next project will be.

Woot I finally did an actual painting XD I'm surprised at myself :3 and it's done for #mermay too :3 That and it's a watercolour painting of a mermaid which makes me giggle I've put watermarks and layers over it to prevent from people stealing it as this is going to be scanned and put on my redbubble :3 Im really happy with it.

Since Blue has seen this I can post it online now. This is the present I made for @destinyblue‘s birthday this year, instead of doing a traditional or digital drawing, I decided to use my strengths and make a 3D piece. I made the entire model last night as my dress for MCM took longer than anticipated. The 5 hour rendering time, albeit long and daunting, was definitely worth it. I had to hope it all worked out as the render finished at 2:30am I had no time to re render. I'm so proud of this piece and the amount of detail in it, I used Blue's birthday picture as a reference for the outfit, and made hair particles as I've been really enjoying them lately. I'm so glad Blue liked it, and I hope next year I can top it again as my skills are sure to have improved in that time :3

Thought it was about time I posted something again, I finished his hair. 95 bones in total for that mop. Now I'm working on the clothes going from the bottom up. I think it's Pretty good so far. I sculpted the legs so they're a little more unnatural and the socks were duplicated from the toe rig so in theory they should be rigged already. The pants weights need fixing but that'll be easy to do with automatic weights. I love how they look so far. I'm loving the detail in them :3 it's amazing what detail you can get out of a simple mesh with a bit of sculpting

Aaah she posts something other than mystic messenger XD I drew this at 2:30 this morning so I'm finally getting around to posting it at 5 in the evening XP i was actually productive for once so i made the most of it and actually drew something I kinda like 0x0

I've been so busy working on a model that I haven't had the chance to post drawings, but since its zens birthday today i thought it was about time I render something out to post. tried a new technique with the hair, using the curves to convert them to particles and make the hair out of that, its not practical with animation but its definitely a good idea for still renders, it takes longer to render but it works well and makes things look that much better.

I never actually finished Zen's model and now im making new versions its a shame his hair will have gone to waste. but im thankful for the experience, his hair was very difficult to make and even though his hair was never finished until the quick ponytail i added for this, it was a very steep learning curve and im glad to be past it. now i can make better renders with actual hair particles and not feel so worried about my workflow when making hair.

Doing my first complex facial rig is a challenge. But when you achieve things like this for the first time, flaws or not, it can bring a very self critical girl like me to tears of joy.

Here's the model I made aaaages ago and never got to upload, she took me so long to make, I sculpted her from scratch. I'm so proud of her and all the detail she has that I couldn't wait longer to share her, I have a Halloween version of her and also I'm finishing a Christmas version which I'll upload when it's finished.

It's been so long since I last updated, I haven't been working as much recently I've been taking a much needed health break, but I drew this not long after inktober and thought it was time i posted it. This was my day 3 sketch rendered. Really happy with it
