My Busy Weekends
DAY 1 : Friday
Today was non-stop. In the morning, I started with netball training. The training session was intense. We're focusing on a agility and shooting drills. It felt great to be back on the court after a long break, but I definitely felt the urn. Right after, I had a quick break before heading straight into rugby training. It was equally tough, as we worked on tackling techniques and scrimmage drills. By the time I finished, my body was very sore, but I pushed myself to do a quick workout. After my workout session, I took a three hours rest before I headed straight to the ice rink in a mall near where i lived for my figure skating practice. I got to worked on my axel which i have been struggling with for a week. At night, I finally got to relax by prepping for my muffin making. I gathered all the ingredients that I bought yesterday and organized my kitchen to be ready for tomorrow's baking. Lastly, i ended my day with my daily routine which is a two hours dance session.
Day 2 : Saturday
The day started with another netball training. This time we're focusing more on strategy and teamwork. I felt more closer and connected with the team, and we worked well together during the scrimmage. After the training, I went straight into my rugby training, which felt even more tiring and exhausting than yesterday. We practiced a few games and did fitness drills, which left me drained. In the late afternoon, I took a few hours of break before beginning my baking session. I baked muffin as usual but i realized that i had a few more hours to bake other dessert before the sun comes down. So I decided to bake two kinds of cookies, which is Chocolate and Lemon cookies. It was a lot of fun experimenting with new flavors and perfecting my recipes, but it took more time than i expected. By the end of the day, I was exhausted and drained but satisfied with the results and batches i made. Unfortunately, I can't have my dance session since i am too exhausted.
Day 3 :Sunday
I gave myself a bit of break this morning with a light workout focused on stretching and mobility to ease my sore muscles. Later, I finished my last rugby training session before the day of the big game next week. The training was a little more relaxed, focusing on strategies for our upcoming game. Then after i got back, i took a short break before getting ready to go straight to the ice rink for my figure skating session. Today, we practiced our skating program for the Malaysia Skates Gala. We practiced and rehearsed hard until the mall was closed. Then I headed back home and got back into the kitchen to finish baking the rest of my muffin orders. It was a hectic and busy day but productive day, as I wrapped up packing the muffin for delivery. I felt really proud how much I accomplished over the weekend and rewarded myself with a well-deserved rest.

COLLEGE LIFE
Week One-Orientation Day
Hello. This is my journal about my college life. The first week of college seemed to pass quickly. It began with orientation, where I met a bunch of new people. Some of them is very easy to communicate and get to known each other but some of them is still shy and do not know how to communicate with new people. I always be the first who start the conversation with new people because I want to make a lot of friends. First day of orientation is so exciting, we were explained by the lecturers about the rules at college and also we get explained about college fees before we start our lecture. The people who make the orientation not so boring is the facilator there who always cheer us up and keep us to stay energetic and enjoy the orientation. The best thing about orientation is I get to known a lot of people from different states and and it makes me so excited to be their friend. After three days of orientation, I start to have my first class which is Arabic Class. The first day of lecture we have get to known each other session with lecturers and my classmate. We have to introduce ourselves to each other. I slowly start to remember their names and faces so it will get easy if I need help with anything about assignment and more.
Week Two-Assignment
Hello. This is my second week journal about my college life. After the first week, I got my first lecture about my assignment which is for final project. The lecturer explained to us about what we have to do for our final project and when we have to submit the final project. The final project is about our second chapter and we have to do it on canva because she want to see our creativity in making a good and interesting slide. She gives us a long time of period to complete the project. I don't really feel the pressure because I have more than enough time to complete it. Beside that, she also give us opportunities to present and teaching our class, every person got their own topics to teach in the class. For me it is really interesting and a very creative ways to make us remembered what we just study and give us confidence to talk or teach in front of a lot people.
Week Three-Finding A Routine
Hello. This is my third week journal about my college life. By the third week, I had begun to find my groove. I had a decent idea of my class schedule and what to expect from my courses. Managing my schedule between classes, studying and a little socializing become easier. I discovered how important it was to schedule study session rather than waiting until the last minute. I joined club connected to my studies, which has been terrific way to meet individuals who share my interest. I've also started to take my breakfast on campus in the mornings to keep me energized throughout the day. Though there always stressful moments, especially when assignments come all at once, I'm learning to keep calm and handle my workload more effectively. College has been difficult, but I'm starting to feel more at ease. So far, I'm enjoying my college life because I get to learn about being independent, new friendship and I have a opportunities to learn more and more.
