It wasn't hard for Orochimaru or Kabuto to do, but Sakura was trained to give Sasuke any kind of support he needed on the battlefield - whether it was backup, medical attention, or even extra chakra.

Her first priority is to protect and aid Sasuke.

During her training, she was subjected to experiments and even torture to prove that she would do anything for Sasuke, and therefore Orochimaru.

Thanks to this training, she has an in-depth knowledge of poisons and medical ninjustu, but it's nothing close to what she learned under Tsunade in canon.
