Legendary | Chapter Eighteen
The journey to Earth was long, but the anticipation kept our spirits high. Each day brought us closer to reuniting with my family and starting a new chapter of our lives. Broly and I had grown even closer during the voyage, and our bond was stronger than ever. However, as we neared our destination, a sense of unease began to creep in.
It was a stormy night when we finally entered Earth's atmosphere. The ship's navigation system alerted us to the rough weather ahead, and I could see the worry etched on Broly's face as he watched me at the controls. The rain lashed against the ship's hull, and lightning illuminated the dark clouds that enveloped us.
"We're almost there," I said, trying to keep my voice steady despite the growing turbulence. I aimed to ease my nerves as well as Broly's.
Broly nodded, his eyes filled with concern. "Hang on, Flora. It's going to be a rough landing."
The ship shook violently as we descended, and I clung to the controls, my heart pounding in my chest. The lights flickered, and I could hear the engines straining against the storm. Just as we were about to break through the clouds, a bolt of lightning struck the ship, sending us into a spiral.
"Broly!" I screamed, panic rising in my throat.
"I'm right here!" he shouted back, gripping the edge of his seat. "You can do this! It'll be okay!"
The ground rushed up to meet us, and I focused on the controls, trying to stabilize our descent. The crash was violent, the sound of metal tearing and the jolt of the impact knocking the wind out of me. When the world finally stopped spinning, I opened my eyes to find us on the clearing before a cliff, the rain pouring down around us.
"Flora, are you okay?" Broly's voice was filled with concern as he unbuckled his harness and hurried to my side. My hands gripped the wheel, almost as if it was glued to it.
"I'm fine," I said, though my voice trembled. "Just a bit shaken."
He helped me out of my seat, and we stumbled out of the wrecked ship into the pouring rain. The cold water soaked through my clothes instantly, and I shivered, feeling a wave of despair wash over me as I looked at the ruined vessel. One of the wings was torn completely off the body, it was nowhere to be seen. The windows on the side were smashed, the glass irreparable. I could feel my breathing pick up to a panicked pace.
"We made it to Earth," Broly said, trying to sound optimistic despite the situation. I started shaking my head, looking around the unfamiliar surroundings.
"But the ship... it's destroyed," I said, my voice breaking. "How are we going to find my family now?"
"I know!" Broly lifted his finger to the air as visibly, an idea had come to him. He climbed back into the ship and came out holding my duffle bag high in the air. I breathed heavily as I looked up, trying to make sight of what I could through the battering rain.
"Broly what-" He reached into the side pocket and I quickly realised what he was doing. "Wait no!"
Pulling out the parchment, he held it out to me with a smile. "We still have the-"
The rain, however, had other plans. As soon as the parchment was exposed, the water soaked through it, causing the ink to run and the paper to tear. I watched in horror as the coordinates, our only link to my family disintegrated in his hands.
"No! No, no, no!" I cried, grabbing at the ruined parchment, but it was too late. The information was lost. I sank to my knees in the mud, tears mixing with the rain on my face. "It's all gone. What are we going to do now?"
Broly knew it beside me, his strong hands gripping my shoulders to try and comfort me. I buried my head deep into my arms as he spoke into my ear. "Flora, we'll figure it out. We always do. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry, I messed up."
"But how?" I sobbed, the weight of the journey, the crash, and now the loss of the coordinates crashing down on me. "I was so close. I was so close to seeing my family again."
I could feel his gaze glued onto me, filled with determination. "Flora, look at me."
I met his eyes, and in that moment, everything else seemed to fade away. The storm, the wreckage, the despair—all of it was distant compared to the connection I felt with him.
"We'll find your family," he said softly. "I promise you."
I wanted to believe him, but the enormity of our situation still felt overwhelming. My tears continued to flow, mingling with the rain that pelted us relentlessly. Broly's expression softened, and he closed the distance between us, his warmth a stark contrast to the cold rain.
He reached out and gently cupped my face in his hands, tilting it up to meet his gaze. His thumbs brushed away the tears on my cheeks. I looked up at him, seeing the sincerity in his eyes, the fierce determination and the compassion that had been a constant source of strength throughout our journey.
Without a word, Broly leaned in and pressed his lips against mine. The kiss was tender and full of reassurance, a promise of his unwavering support and love. It was as if he was trying to convey through that single touch everything he felt and believed—that we could overcome this together. I hesitated for a moment, but then my heart responded, and I kissed him back, letting the emotion of the moment wash over me. The storm raged on around us, but within that brief, intimate embrace, the world felt a little less chaotic. The kiss lingered for a heartbeat longer, a comforting anchor in the sea of uncertainty.
When we finally pulled away, both of us were breathless, the rain continuing to drench us. Broly's gaze was steady, his hold on me firm but gentle.
"We'll find another way," he said firmly. "We won't give up. Not now, not ever."
As the storm continued to rage, Broly and I stood together, united in our resolve. The ship was in ruins, and the coordinates were lost. It seemed hopeless. I wanted to stay as optimistic as he was but if I was honest, I struggled to. I was hoping we'd find a way. There just had to be a way.
"Hey! You two!" We heard someone suddenly scream out from behind us. I wiped my eyes and looked up from behind Broly to see a figure in the distance. It looked like one of the planet's inhabitants. I squinted, then looked at the spaceship, thinking to myself it would come as a shock. Broly stood at the ready in case they proved to be a threat.
"Can you hear me?! Yoo-hoo!" the voice called again, closer this time. Through the rain, I could make out a woman approaching us, her blue hair unmistakable even in the downpour.
"Stay here," Broly said, stepping forward protectively. I nodded, though curiosity compelled me to stand and peer over his shoulder.
As the woman drew nearer, I could see she was carrying an umbrella, which offered little protection against the fierce storm. Her determined stride suggested she was no stranger to challenging situations.
"Are you two okay?" she asked, concern evident in her voice. "I saw the crash coming on my radar and rushed straight over! That was quite a landing!"
As she finally approached she stopped in her steps. She glanced at the damaged wreckage for only a split second before her eyes locked on me. I looked back at her, feeling my face give her no expression in return. She gasped, dropping her umbrella in shock but I was quick to catch it for her.
"No way..." she whispered to herself. "I think I have someone you need to meet..."

Legendary | Chapter Seventeen
Sleep came slowly that night, my mind racing about what was coming. When morning finally arrived, I felt a renewed sense of determination. Today was the day. The suns cast their first rays over Namek as we finished our final preparations, saying our goodbyes to the villagers who had gathered to see us off. Their well-wishes and promises to keep Namek safe filled me with pride and hope.
With our bags packed and the coordinates securely tucked away, Broly and I set off towards the spaceship that would take us to Earth. The journey ahead was uncertain, but with Broly by my side and the promise of reuniting with my family, I felt ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.
As we boarded the ship and the engines roared to life, I took one last look at Namek, feeling a wave of gratitude wash over me. This planet has given me so much—friendship, love, and a sense of purpose. I knew that one day I wished to return to Namek but for now, it was time to take the next step in my journey.
The ship lifted off, and as we soared into the sky, I felt a sense of exhilaration. The stars stretched out before us, a vast expanse of possibilities. I turned to Broly, who was seated beside me, his expression calm and reassuring.
"Ready?" he asked, his voice filled with quiet confidence.
I nodded, a smile spreading across my face. "Ready."
As the spaceship sped away from Namek, the vastness of space stretched out before us, filled with stars and endless possibilities. Broly and I settled into the control room, the hum of the engines a constant reminder of our journey. The ship that originally brought us to Namek had an interior that was a mix of advanced technology and the personal touches we had added, making it feel like a temporary home.
The initial excitement of liftoff gradually gave way to a calm routine. We spent the first few days re-familiarizing ourselves with the ship's systems, ensuring everything was in working order. There was a comforting rhythm to our days: morning exercises, shared meals, and quiet evenings spent discussing our plans and reminiscing about Namek.
One evening, as we sat in the small dining area, a thought that had been lingering at the back of my mind finally surfaced. I looked at Broly, who was tinkering with a small device. "Broly," I began, my voice hesitant, "Can we talk about the battle on Namek?"
He looked up, his eyes meeting mine with a mixture of curiosity and concern. "Of course. What's on your mind?"
I took a deep breath, gathering my thoughts. "It's about when I felt a spike in my power. I've been trying to make sense of it, and I thought maybe talking about it might help."
He nodded, setting the device aside and giving me his full attention. "It was a powerful moment, Flora. I thought you were incredible. But I know it must have been overwhelming."
I smiled at his encouragement but felt the weight of my thoughts pressing down on me. "It was. I remember feeling this surge of emotion—fear, anger, desperation. When I saw you getting hurt, something inside me just snapped. I didn't think, I just acted. Is that how you feel? You know when you go all green and angry?"
Broly nodded and leaned forward, his expression serious. "Transformation often comes from intense emotions. You did it instinctively, which shows how strong you truly are. Just like me."
I sighed, trying to put my feelings into words. "But what if I can't control it next time? What if I lose myself in that power? I don't think I would mind it..."
He reached out, taking my hand in his. "You won't. You have a good heart, Flora. You also are not alone. We'll train together, learn how to control it like how you did with me. It's a part of you now, and we'll make sure it's something you can use to protect, not destroy."
His words were comforting, but I couldn't shake the lingering doubts. "I guess I'm just not used to being scared. I'm scared of what I might become."
Broly squeezed my hand gently, his eyes filled with determination. "Fear is natural. But remember, you've already faced it once and emerged stronger. We'll face it together, just like we've faced everything else."
I nodded, feeling a sense of resolve building within me. "Thank you, Broly. I needed to hear that."
As days turned into weeks, we fell into a comfortable routine. We trained together in an empty room on the ship, honing our skills and pushing each other to new limits. Broly's guidance was useful, and his belief in me helped me find confidence in my new abilities. We trained in our spare time and despite having separate rooms, we still slept in the same room at night as we did in Namek. I knew it brought him comfort, as it did me.
One night, after an especially intense training session, we sat on the observation deck, gazing at the stars. The silence was companionable, each of us lost in our thoughts. Finally, Broly spoke, breaking the quiet.
"You know, I meant what I said back on Namek." He said, I looked up at him as my arms hugged my knees. He cleared his throat and looked down slightly, his fingers fiddling with the green pelt around his waist, "I would like to stay with you when we find a bit of peace. It's nice not being alone anymore, I can't lie to you."
His words hung in the air, the weight of his vulnerability palpable. I felt my heart swell with warmth as I shifted closer to him. "I feel the same way, Broly," I said softly. "It's like, for the first time, I have someone who truly understands me."
He looked up, his eyes meeting mine with a mixture of relief and hope. "It's strange," he admitted. "For so long, I've felt like an outsider, always on the run, never belonging anywhere. But with you, it feels different. It feels like home."
I smiled, reaching out to take his hand. "We are each other's home now. And no matter what challenges we face, we'll face them together."
He nodded, a small smile tugging at the corners of his lips. "Together."
As the months turned into a year, our bond only grew stronger. Our training sessions became more intense, our conversations deeper. We spent hours discussing our hopes for the future, our fears, and our dreams. Broly shared more stories of his past, of his struggles and triumphs, and I found myself opening up in ways I never had before.
One night, as we lay in our shared sleeping quarters, I found myself thinking about the future. My head was lay on his chest, my eyes attached to the ceiling. "Broly," I said, my voice barely above a whisper. "What do you think Earth will be like?"
He turned to look at me, his eyes filled with wonder. "I don't know," he admitted. "But I'm excited to find out."
I smiled, feeling a sense of anticipation. "I feel the same way. No matter what happens there, we'll face it together."
As our journey drew to a close, the stars outside our window seemed to burn brighter, a reminder of the adventures yet to come. We had faced countless challenges, overcome our fears, and discovered the true strength of our bond. As the ship's navigation system indicated that we were approaching Earth, I knew that whatever lay ahead, we were ready to face it. Together.

NSFW Headcanons | Broly Edition [18+]
When you first met Broly to absolutely no surprise he didn't have any experience. It was down to you to teach him everything you knew, and oh boy was he a fast learner.
He's so attentive to your needs. As soon as he picks up on something you really like him doing he makes sure he does it better than anyone you've fucked before. Using his mouth? Using his fingers? You bet he's doing it best.
He gets set off so easily. Whisper the tiniest little dirty thing in his ear and he WANTS you.
I feel that he's more a grunter than a moaner.
His favourite positions I could see being doggy or missionary. He'd either love having you bent over with his big hands gripping your back, or, he'd love you being under his massive body.
He could go for hours. That Saiyan stamina is unmatched.
On the subject his pull out game isn't the best. He gets so lost in the moment.
I feel like he'd love having sex in the shower. Just the steamy nature of it would be so hot to him.
To absolutely no surprise I think Broly is PACKING down there. Realistically about 9 inches with a massive pair of balls I can't lie.
Broly loves it when you moan in his mouth. He goes feral for it.
Similarly to Goku I feel like he'd really be into voyeurism (maybe I should write that...). The thought of being watched while he rails you turns him on so much, especially since he's animalistic in doing so.
He wouldn't smash you in his super saiyan form. He'd be too scared he'd hurt you.
I feel like his favourite type of girl is thicc girlies who are loud and funny (I mean look at Cheelai). He would go for someone who was his opposite. He likes a challenge in battle so of course he'd like one in the bedroom too.

Legendary | Chapter Sixteen
Sleep came swiftly. It was the deep, dreamless sleep that only followed the most exhausting days. When I woke the next morning, the sun cast its gentle rays through the window, filling the room with warm, golden light. I stretched, sitting upright, feeling more rested than I had in a long time, a testament to the peace we had brought to Namek.
I turned to see Broly still asleep. I noticed that he usually slept heavily. His face was snuggled into the pillow, and I found myself pouting as I looked at him. I carefully slipped out of bed, doing my best not to wake him, and made my way to the kitchen. I prepared breakfast for the two of us, quickly heating the pan and mixing some ingredients. The smell of cooking quickly filled the small house. As I set the table, my mind replayed our conversation from last night, specifically Broly's suggestion that we live together. Considering everything we were going through, it seemed almost too good to be true. But the more I thought about it, the more I liked the idea.
The sound of footsteps drew me away from my thoughts. I turned to see Broly towering in the doorway. His hair was messy and a sleepy smile was spread across his lips. He mumbled with a voice rough from sleep, "Morning."
"Good morning," I responded, returning his smile. "Breakfast is almost ready. How did you sleep?"
"Like a rock," he said, rubbing his eyes with his fists. He walked over, slipping his arms around my waist from behind. I felt his chin gently rest on my shoulder as he hummed, crouching a little to my height as his eyes were drawn to the food. "Smells good."
"Thank you," I said, feeling a bit of warmth run through me. "I thought we could use a good breakfast after everything that's happened."
"You didn't have to, I would've cooked."
"I wanted to," I said, setting a plate out to serve the meal. "Consider it a thank you for everything you've done."
He took his plate, piled high with eggs, vegetables, and meat, looking down at it and then back up at me with a smile. "Thank you, Flora. It means a lot to me."
We sat down together and shared breakfast over some small chatter, mostly revolving around what we planned to do with the rest of our day. We planned on visiting The Grand Elder today. We knew that not only would we love to see him after the battle, but he would also most likely be anticipating our visit. Once we finished, we cleaned up everything, the routine tasks grounding us in the normalcy we both needed. Together we washed up the dishes and tidied up the kitchen before showering and getting dressed.
When we headed out, the suns were shining brightly over Namek, casting a warm glow over the village. The air was fresh, and the scent of burning was gone from the atmosphere, instead, it carried the smell of blooming flowers. We caught glimpses of the villagers who were already hard at work rebuilding the homes and buildings that were destroyed in the commotion. Their spirits were all high as they rebuilt what they had lost. As we walked through the village, Broly and I were greeted with smiles and nods of appreciation. It was heartwarming to see the villagers so full of life and determination despite the hardships they had faced. The sense of community and resilience was palpable, and it filled me with hope for the future. We made our way towards the Grand Elder's residence. As we approached, two guards at the entrance recognized us and stepped aside, allowing us to pass through without hesitation.
Inside, the Grand Elder was seated on a large, ornate chair, his wise eyes observing us as we entered. His face lit up with a kind smile. "Flora, Broly, it is good to see you both."
"It's good to see you too, Grand Elder," I replied, bowing respectfully. Broly followed suit, his large frame making the gesture seem almost delicate.
The Grand Elder motioned for us to sit, and we settled down on the cushions arranged in front of him. "You have done a great service for our people," he said, his voice filled with gratitude. "We are forever in your debt."
"We only did what was right," Broly said humbly.
The Grand Elder nodded. "Your humility is admirable, Broly. But let us not forget that your actions have saved countless lives. There wasn't a single fatality. For that, we are deeply thankful."
There was a moment of silence as the Grand Elder regarded us thoughtfully. "I sense that your journey is far from over," he said finally. "There are many challenges that lie ahead, but I have faith that you will overcome them."
"We hope to continue making a positive impact," I said. "But we're not sure where to go from here."
"The path will reveal itself in time. For now, take this moment to rest and recover. You have earned it." The Grand Elder smiled gently. He then turned to me, keeping a smile on his lips. "My dear Flora, I have something to give you."
I raised my eyebrow, "You don't have to give me anything."
Almost on cue, one of the guards approached me and leaned down to my height. His outstretched hand held a piece of parchment paper. Intrigued, I took the parchment, unrolling it carefully. As I read the elegant script, my eyes widened in surprise. "They're co-ordinates?"
"Yes," the Grand Elder said, his eyes twinkling with wisdom. "These coordinates will take you to a very special place on Earth. A place where you will find something, or rather someone, very important."
I looked up, my heart pounding in my chest. "Someone important?"
The Grand Elder nodded. "Your family, Flora. These coordinates will guide you to them. I told you when we first met that I knew they were out there. You seemed keen to find them. It is my way of thanking you."
My breath caught in my throat. Family. It had been so long since I'd thought about my past or even wondered about it. I was so focused on the present. The memories were hazy, but the longing was always there, a constant ache in my heart. The memories from Ginyu surely came back, maybe more would over time.
Broly placed a comforting hand on my shoulder, his eyes filled with understanding. "This is your chance, Flora. To reconnect with your past and to find closure. I know you don't remember. Maybe we can find out more."
I nodded, feeling a mix of emotions—excitement, nervousness, hope. "Thank you, Grand Elder. This means more to me than you can imagine."
The Grand Elder smiled warmly. "It is the least we can do after everything you have done for us. May your journey be safe and your reunion joyous."
With the coordinates clutched tightly in my hand, Broly and I made our way back to our home. When we arrived, I carefully tucked the parchment into my bag, ensuring it was secure.
"Are you ready for this?" Broly asked, his voice gentle as always.
I nodded fast, "I think so. Maybe I can remember something. Maybe I can get some closure."
Broly smiled, his eyes shining with pride. "Then let's get ready. We have a journey ahead of us. We can set off tomorrow if you'd like to?"
I took a deep breath, nodding. "Yes, tomorrow sounds perfect. Let's take the rest of today to prepare and say our goodbyes."
Broly nodded, his hand still resting on my shoulder. "We'll face this together, Flora."
The rest of the day passed in a whirlwind of activity. We gathered supplies, packed our bags, and made sure everything was in order for our journey. The villagers, upon hearing of our departure, came to wish us well, their heartfelt goodbyes and gifts filling us with a sense of belonging and community. It was bittersweet, knowing we were leaving this place that had become a second home, but the excitement of reuniting with my family kept my spirits high.
As evening fell, Broly and I took a moment to sit outside our home, watching the suns set over the serene landscape of Namek. The sky was painted in hues of orange and pink, casting a warm glow over the village. I leaned against Broly, feeling the comfort of his presence.
"I can't believe it's really happening," I said softly. "I didn't even know I had a family."
Broly wrapped an arm around me, pulling me closer. "You deserve thi. You've been through so much, and now it's time for you to maybe find some peace."
I nodded, feeling tears prick at the corners of my eyes. "Thank you, Broly. For everything. I couldn't have done any of this without you."
He smiled down at me, his expression full of affection. "And I couldn't have done any of this without you. We're a team, remember?"
I smiled, feeling something wet form in my eye. I tapped my finger gently as it raced down my cheek. "Yeah, a pretty good one, I'd say."
We sat in companionable silence for a while, taking in everything around us one last time. Eventually, we headed inside, both of us feeling the weight of the upcoming journey. We shared a quiet dinner, and before long, we were ready for bed. As I lay there, staring at the ceiling, I couldn't help but feel a mixture of anticipation and anxiety. Tomorrow would be the beginning of a new chapter in my life, one that I hoped would bring answers and closure.

Fluffy Headcanons | Future Trunks Edition
Genuinely I headcanon him as being the most ROMANTIC guy in the Dragon Ball universe. Does anyone else get those vibes? I just feel like he’d give so much to a relationship with you. He’s such a pure soul.
he loves spoiling you. He just loves seeing you happy. Any opportunity he has you're being surprised with flowers or chocolates.
he's such an introvert. Social interaction isn't his forte, so he does rely on you a lot when meeting with friends and family.
he's so vulnerable around you. He finds you easy to open up to you. You know him like the back of your hand. You know about his trauma. You know about his loss. You were so touched when he started to tell you about it all.
He loves lending you his Capsule Corp jacket. He first let you use it when it was raining outside and he didn’t want your cute date outfit getting soaked.
When he first told you he liked you he was a stuttering, blushy mess. He asked present Bulma for advice on how to tell you as he just wasn’t sure at all. Of course advice from Vegeta on women would be useless.
You both met by chance. You bumped into each other while he was in your timeline. He never wanted to leave after.

Legendary | Chapter Fifteen
Together, we stood amidst the ruins of the battlefield. Looking down at me as he flickered down to his normal self, I felt Broly outstretch his hand to clasp ahold of mine. I felt the adrenaline run out of my system too, letting a sharp breath out as I looked back up at him. His voice was heavy with relief, "We did it."
I squeezed his hand, trying to ground myself in the reality of the moment. The silence that followed was almost deafening after the chaos of the battle. The air still reeked of smoke and electricity, remnants of the intense energy that had lit up the sky moments before. Around us, the ground was scorched and scarred, littered with craters and the debris of what had been a lush and beautiful village.
Broly's eyes met mine, their ferocity had tamed and were soft with tranquillity. "It's over," he said, more to himself than to me. I nodded, and the weight of our victory started settling in.
"We should check on the villagers. Check for survivors too. I don't think anyone was killed - the battle was pretty contained - but we best make sure." I said, my voice breaking the stillness. He nodded, his hand still holding mine as if he was afraid to let go. We began to walk, our steps echoing in the eerie silence. The villagers who were in hiding during the battle started to emerge. Initially, their faces conveyed fear, but as they saw who had emerged victorious, it changed to smiles of gratitude. I felt a tight grip around my calves, gasping out of surprise my eyes darted down. Clinging on with every ounce of strength in their tiny body, I caught a glimpse of a tiny Namekian child. Their voice was trembling as I knelt to their level. "Are... are you heroes? Did you save us?"
I stuttered, not having any idea of what I should say in response. I looked to Broly for some help. He crouched beside the two of us, patting their head gently. "We're just two people here to help."
As we moved through the village, offering help where we could, the enormity of what we had accomplished began to sink in. We had faced an overwhelming enemy and emerged victorious, but the cost was visible all around us. Homes destroyed, lives upended. The villagers' gratitude was palpable, but so was their sorrow.
We found a makeshift infirmary set up in what remained of the village square. Broly and I assisted the medics, using our strength to clear debris and set up more stable shelters. As the sun began to set, casting a golden glow over the ravaged landscape, we finally took a moment to rest.
Sitting on a fallen log, I leaned my head against Broly's shoulder. "Do you think they'll be okay?" I asked, looking out at the villagers working together to rebuild.
Broly was silent for a moment, then he spoke with quiet conviction. "They will. People are stronger than we often realize. They have each other, and they'll rebuild. Just like we have to keep moving forward."
I looked up at him, seeing the determination in his eyes. "You're right," I said softly. "We've come this far. We can't give up now."
He turned to me, his expression serious yet tender. "Flora, there's something I need to tell you."
My heart skipped a beat at the intensity in his voice. "What is it? Is something wrong?"
He took a deep breath, his gaze never leaving mine. "I got scared back there. I was scared when I saw he was overwhelming you. I didn't want to see you get hurt. I'm... not very good with my word, you know. I just... You make me feel strong when we train. I feel warm."
I smiled back at him and nodded, "Yeah, I somewhat understand that too. It's nice not going through everything alone anymore. You make me feel like I have a good backup, I feel really safe."
We were quiet for a moment, and the emotions were somewhat heavy between us. After we checked up on everyone and made sure each village and their elders were safe, Broly suggested with a smile, "I think we both need rest. We should go back home?"
I nodded, feeling a sense of relief wash over me. "Yes, home sounds perfect."
We made our way across the grassy plains and up the hills back to our little pod house. I looked up at it and gave myself a sigh of relief. We had protected Namek, our time on this planet was now drawing to a close. I remember thinking this house wasn't much when I first arrived but it was somewhere we could have some peace and comfort.
Broly went to the kitchen, eager to make tea for the two of us. As he moved swiftly around the kitchen, I took a moment to take in the current atmosphere of our little pod house. The familiar hum of machinery and the soft glow of the sun through the windows made everything feel surreal after all the chaos. I sat down on the sofa, letting the exhaustion seep into my bones. I was going to miss our little house. I was going to miss being on Namek.
Broly returned with two piping hot mugs in his hands, I could see the steam gently rise from the top. His presence here was so comforting. He handed me the mug, his fingers brushing against mine as he did so. I took a sip, savouring the warmth that spread through my body. The creamy taste of milk and the sweet sensation of honey brought a smile across my lips.
"Thank you," I felt my eyes drift up to meet his. "For everything this past while. I mean it."
He gave me a small smile as he took his place on the cushion beside me. "You don't have to thank me, we did this together."
"I know, but still. I couldn't have done any of this without you." I felt my body lean slowly into his side, feeling the warmth it exuded. In return, he wrapped his arm around my shoulder, pulling me a little bit closer.
"I couldn't have done any of this without you either."
Following on from that we sat in silence, sipping our tea as we made use of the television in the living room. Looking at the clock, it was reaching the time we'd usually head to bed. We couldn't fight exhaustion. The battle had taken everything out of us both.
"Where do you think we'll end up next?" I asked out of sheer curiosity. He was quiet for a moment, his gaze distant as he thought.
"We rest... we heal... and then... we figure it out..." he drifted. I nodded along with him, agreeing that maybe we needed time. I heard a sigh puff past his lips, "Although, I do like this little house. I like being here. The people are nice and for the most part, it's peaceful."
My head nodded frantically in agreement. I finished my mug of tea and sat the empty cup on the coffee table. "I'd love a home like this one day."
"Maybe we could find you a place like this, somewhere peaceful," his expression stayed calm as he nodded in agreement. I could see a gentle red blush wash over his cheeks, I couldn't take my eyes off him as my curiosity was locked in. "Maybe... if you wouldn't mind... I could stay too. If you like us staying together, that is. I don't want to push myself into your plans..."
"I'd like that Broly. Honestly. We make a good team."
He finished up his tea with a comfortable silence, the weight of the day's events slowly easing off our shoulders. The television hummed gently in the background, it made things feel a little more normal. Despite the exhaustion, we shared a silent contentment between us, we shared the understanding of what we had accomplished and what lay ahead.
As the clock ticked on, we each took turns showering and getting ourselves ready to sleep. Broly had made a point that we should visit The Grand Elder after we had rested up. I dried my hair off in the bathroom with a towel, looking at myself in the mirror with a grin. I got dressed into a baggy black t-shirt and a pair of shorts to sleep in, staying comfortable. When I headed through to our bedroom, Broly was already lying snuggled up in the duvet. I climbed in beside him and snuggled my head into his large chest. His arm snaked around my body, pulling me tightly into his usual protective embrace.
"Flora?" he mumbled.
"Mhm?" I replied, my eyes drifting to a close.
"I keep thinking about the battle. I didn't know you could do that thing I do with your power."
"What do you mean?"
"Well, you told me I go green and very angry... I didn't know you did the same thing, but yellow..."

Legendary | Chapter Fourteen
Years ago, aboard Frieza's ship, I don't think I was anything more than a child. I was eager to prove myself. The dark, metallic halls of the ships were a constant reminder of the power Frieza held over all of us. I remember my heart racing as I entered the training room, a cavernous space lined with battle scars from the countless training sessions held there previously.
Stood in the corner, arms crossed, was Captain Ginyu. His towering figure cast a shadow as his eyes were cold and calculating, they were fixed on me as I approached. He barked out, his voice bouncing off the walls, "Soldier Four Alpha One, are you ready to be more than just a mere disappointment?"
I nodded, steeling myself, "Yes, Captain Ginyu."
"Show me," he commanded. Not even waiting for a response, he charged towards me. The first blow landed hard on my stomach and knocked the wind completely out of me. I stumbled, barely managing to stay on my feet. I wasn't given a moment to recover. He was relentless. Each strike was precise and punishing.
"You're far too slow!" He snarled, delivering a roundhouse kick that sent me crashing into the back wall. "If you can't keep up there'll be no point in keeping you around! You'll be nothing more than a shield on the front lines!"
I pushed myself up, my hands pulling me up gently above the wall as my body screamed in protest. I couldn't do this. It was so rough. I tried to contradict myself by telling myself "I can do it", more to convince myself I could. I launched myself back towards Ginyu, my fists were flying, but it was no use as he dodged my attacks effortlessly. His efficiency was brutal.
"Pathetic," he spat at my body as I lay on the ground. He grabbed me by the collar to lift me back up. His eyes leached to mine, filled with pure disdain. "You think you can serve Lord Frieza like this? You're weak! Useless!"
He threw me back down, I hit the ground so hard I gasped out for air. My vision was blurred and my eyes stung from sweat but I could hear Ginyu continuing to taunt me. "Get up. Show me you're not a waste of space!"
I forced myself to stand back up. My legs and arms were covered in bruises. My lungs whistled, almost as if one of my ribs was broken. Determination burned pure in my chest as I whispered to myself, "I won't fail."
His laughter matched his cold demeanour, chilling me to the bone. "You're already a failure and you haven't seen a real battlefield yet." As soon as those words left his mouth, a flurry of his punches and kicks left me even more unable to keep myself on my feet. I could feel my tears flowing down from my eyes, I gritted my teeth and tried to fight it all back.
"Enough," he finally announced, stepping back from me. I collapsed on the floor in sheer exhaustion. I felt unable to move. "You're done for today. Get the hell out of my sight!"
I lay there, my burning cheek pressed against the ship's cold, metallic floor. I could physically feel every cut and bruise. Even in my broken state, I felt that I needed to try to keep fighting. I had to survive. I forced myself back up onto my feet, stumbling out of the training room to get back to the med bay. Ginyu's words echoed through the room, following me out.
"Remember this. Fear and pain are the only teachers worth having."
As I made my way along the long halls I made a promise to myself that I would get stronger. At the time I thought that one day, I would be more than just a tool to reach Frieza's goals. I would find my strength. I was naive when I thought that way. They broke me down over time. I lost any kind of humanity behind my eyes the more Ginyu trained me. If I showed emotion, he was harder on me. Over time I knew it would stop...
~•~
That memory faded. Wait, a memory! I could feel the determination rush through my veins. I stood facing Ginyu now, I knew that despite the torment he had put me through, he had shaped me into what I was. He was the reason I was cold-blooded, the reason I happily went along with Frieza's missions. I remember though that it was my own will, not his cruelty, that had given me the strength to fight back.
As he lifted me higher, my vision started to blur. His mocking laugh echoed all around me, filling me with a mix of rage and determination. "Do you not even remember your training? All those lessons in pain and fear? They made you stronger didn't they?"
"You-" I stammered, struggling to breathe against the pressure on my scalp. I spat at him, "You only made me stronger because I had to survive you and I've learned a lot since then."
Ginyu's eyes narrowed as his expression darkened. He used his free hand to wipe the splotch of spit from his face. "You think you're beyond my reach now, do you? Let me remind you of your place."
With a swift motion, he hurled me to the ground. I rolled with the impact, springing back to my feet as my body ached but my resolve was unbroken. "I've outgrown your childish lessons, Ginyu." My voice was steady, "Let me teach you a thing or two?"
I felt my body spark as I screamed out. I kept both fists beside me as I channelled every ounce of energy I had in me. The flicker of light around me grew brighter, the yellow aura intensified until it was a blinding glow. The power that surged through my veins felt almost electric, a testament to how far I'd come since those days. The ground beneath me cracked under the pressure of my energy, sending shockwaves through the battlefield.
Ginyu's expression shifted from smug confidence to disbelief. He staggered back slightly, and his eyes widened. "Impossible! You... you were never capable of this before!"
I let out a loud laugh, clenching a raised fist up as my eyes locked onto his. My voice was a low grumble, yet unbelievably powerful. "You and Friesa both thought you broke me. You only made me stronger!"
With a sudden burst of speed, I closed the distance between us. My fists returned the favour to his midsection. He barely had time to react as his body folded around the punch and he was sent flying backwards. He crashed into the ground, creating a massive crater.
Broly, who was still occupied, clearly had caught sight of the explosive energy and redoubled his efforts, his confidence was bolstered by my newfound power. "Flora, you're incredible!"
"It's not over yet!" I yelled in return. My eyes didn't leave his body as he struggled back to his feet. His body was battered and bruised. His armour was gradually cracking, but he stayed determined. He wiped the blood from his mouth.
"I'll break you again like I did all those years ago! Just you watch!"
"Not now!" I screamed with cold certainty, "Not ever again!"
Our battle resumed with pure ferocity. Every punch and kick I threw was powered by the memories of Broly and I training in the Namekian fields. I was no longer that frightened soldier who was following orders. I was fighting for my freedom and Namek's too. His attacks were relentless, but I could sense his growing frustrations. He was so used to having control, used to seeing his opponents cower in fear. I had emerged the stronger of us two. Each one of his blows I easily parried, and each of his strikes I easily countered. The energy continued to flow all around me, lighting up the entire battlefield.
"Broly, now!" I commanded, knowing he would pick up the cue.
Broly, with a roar that would have shaken the planet to its core, unleashed his full power. The green electricity matched my yellow as Jeice and Burter were thrown backwards by the sheer force. Broly didn't even have to lift a fist at them. He joined me, standing side by side once more, his presence a wall of strength and determination.
"We end this together," I smile at him.
"Together." He nodded in agreement, his eyes burned with pure passion.
Ginyu, seeing the tide turn quickly, was filled with sheer panic. He stumbled back, scrambling for backup. "Jeice! Burter! Help! Finish them!"
His calls were futile as they were both laid out under one of the bright, Namekian trees. We both chuckled, we knew it was too late. With a combined attack, Broly and I unleashed our energy in a devastating wave. The force of our power overwhelmed Ginyu and the remaining allies, sending all of them to the ground. We stepped forward, looking down at their battered bodies. Looking at Ginyu on the ground, I couldn't help but feel a sense of closure. The torment and fear he had instilled in me were gone, nothing more than memories. Memories that shaped yet didn't control me. I was free, and with Broly by my side, I knew we had kept the planet and its people safe.
I quickly turned away after drawing his body a glance, I felt the weight of the past lift from my shoulders. It was time to continue forging my path, one built on strength and courage. This battle was over, but our journey was just getting started.

Legendary | Chapter Thirteen
The air hummed with a mixture of emotions. I breathed steady but heavy at the same time, keeping my fists clenched as I refused to let my stance falter. Broly growled, stepping the first step forward. "You won't hurt these people. I won't let you!"
Ginyu let out a loud cackle, the sound belting out ominously. "Bold words, but let's see if you can back them up."
"You won't hurt these people Ginyu," I reiterated Broly's words.
Again after letting out a sharp laugh, "Brave words, but futile. This planet, and its dragon balls, all belong to Lord Frieza."
I took a deep breath, channelling my focus. This was it. The nightmares were becoming a reality. This time though, I wasn't alone. Broly and I stood side by side, ready to protect the Namekian people.
The Ginyu force fanned out, preparing for their attack. Guldo sneered, Recoome cracked his knuckles, Jeice and Burter exchanged grins of confidence, and Ginyu himself stood at the ready.
As the battle of Namek began, the stakes couldn't have been higher. With Broly by my side, I knew we could protect this planet and its people with everything we had. Our eyes met as I whispered, "We have to try to split them up, together they're far too strong."
The tension in the air was palpable as they prepared themselves. I could feel the adrenaline coursing through my veins, my senses heightened, and every muscle was prepared for the battle ahead.
Stepping forward, Ginyu had a confidence that felt like it was outshining mine. He outstretched his hand in our direction, a finger directing itself towards me, "I hope you haven't gone soft since I toughened you up on the ship."
"You'll find out soon enough," I responded, a voice roaring like thunder.
Following yet another chuckle, "Very well. Guldo, take care of them."
I knew the Ginyu Force inside and out. When I was just a scout, they took me on many missions. Ginyu was an instigator in awakening my bloodthirsty nature when I was part of Frieza's army. I couldn't lose focus and think of the past. I knew Guldo's abilities in time manipulation could prove to be a real threat if Broly and I weren't careful. I steadied myself again, focusing on the small green-skinned warrior.
"He can freeze time, watch out," I warned Broly, my eyes not leaving my opponent's sight.
Broly nodded, his muscles tensing. "I've got you, don't worry."
Guldo smirked as his hands raised into the air. "Try keeping up with me!" he taunted, and then he vanished.
Time seemed to slow to a halt as Guldo's ability activated. I fought to keep my movements fluid, anticipating his attack. He reappeared behind Broly, aiming for a critical strike. However, Broly's incredible instincts kicked in as he spun around in perfect time to block the attack, countering it with a powerful punch in return. It sent him sprawling backwards, stumbling back.
"H-how!?" He stammered, his eyes widened in shock.
"I told you I'm not Frieza's slave anymore." I smirked, "and Broly and I taught each other a lot... We aren't going down without a fight."
It was my turn, I launched a flurry of attacks. My body moved without my brain conducting it. Each punch was stronger than the last. Guldo struggled to keep up with me, the confident nature he started off our battle with frayed fast. Broly joined in, his sheer power overwhelming him as we made quick work of Guldo. With a final synchronised strike, we sent him plummeting into the ground, unconscious.
The rest of our enemies looked momentarily stunned, but then Recoome stepped forward with a crack of his knuckles. A grin was plastered across his face, "My turn."
He was a brute. Standing tall with muscles way bigger than mine. However, he didn't have the brains to match his brawn. He was next to charge at us, his strength was immense. The ground trembled with each one of his footsteps. We braced ourselves to meet his attack head-on. The impact was like a thunderclap as it sent shockwaves through the grassy battlefield. Our blows were exchanged like drumbeats. His attacks were strong but Broly and I were both faster, me being the more agile of the three of us. Together, Broly and I worked in perfect harmony and our movements were synchronised, our strikes just as precise.
Jeice and Burter glanced at each other as their smiles faded, and Jeice's red eyes narrowed. "Looks like we did perhaps underestimate them."
Burter, the fastest on the force, vanished in a blur and reappeared behind us. Broly intercepted him, his fist colliding with his jaw in a resounding crash. I faced off against Jeice next. His firey energy crackled all around him. The battle intensified, the air was filled with the sounds of both struggles. His energy blasted streaks towards me, I dodged and countered with my own, each one landing with pinpoint accuracy. I felt unstoppable, this felt so easy. Was it the practice? While Burter's speed was also impressive, I knew Broly's raw power was no match for him. As the battle raged on, I could feel Ginyu's eyes locked on us. I could sense the frustration and amusement racing through his gaze. "It seems they've improved, let me have a shot."
Jeice, being outmatched by me, decided to jump in with Burter to double-team Broly. He moved even faster than I anticipated. When I caught wind of where he had gone I was suddenly stopped by a fist to my stomach. Holding me up by my hair, Ginyu stayed in front of me holding me in place. My breathing hitched as I scrambled in his hands, digging my nails into his wrist as I tried to break free. Out of the corner of my eye, I could see Broly staring at me out of complete concern. He kept both Jeice and Burter occupied but I knew all he would've wanted was to jump over to my aid.
"Let go of her!" Broly roared out, his voice mixed with anger and desperation as he continued to fend off his two opponents.
Ginyu smirked, his grip tightening. "Poor Captain 4 Alpha 1. You think you've changed, don't you? You think you can protect these poor people?" His voice dripped with condensation. "You're still the same weakling I trained on Frieza's ship."
I struggled in his grasp, my eyes burned with defiance. "I'm not that person anymore Ginyu! I have a purpose. I'm not a murderer!"
His laugh sent chills down my spine. "A purpose? Don't make me laugh. You've always been driven by fear, but that hasn't changed. You're scared of me even right now."
The memories started to flood back, parts of which I had tried to force myself to forget. The cruel training it took for me to be one of Frieza's elite. Ginyu's voice echoed in my mind, each word was an awakening reminder of the pain and torment I had to endure under his command.
