If there is meant to be relief in utter helplessness then why do I still envy and despise you?

I have no idea what that means but my content are suppose to reduce anxiety, not feel weak. It's not evil mind control, it's just meditation with extra steps. I'd advise you to learn how hypnosis works beforehand before doing it and there's more options besides hypnosis if that's not your cup of tea, like meditation, asmr, etc.
