all the self help books and internet gurus in the world can't make you realise that unfortunately the way to get what you want isn't some hack or neat trick, but is just doing the work. and it's hard, but it's really the only thing that is going to fulfill you. you need to get up when your alarm goes off and go outside, make sure you move your body and eat enough, give yourself the time and space to actually think, and not spend your whole day on a screen.

crying bc i didnt get the job at my college and I cant get hired literally anywhere and I've had a job for like an hour before I quit because I had a meltdown and its hard to get hired with no experience because you cant get any experience without getting hired its hell

I just read that Donald Trump and his circus took down a website called reproductiverights.gov

This was a website to help women learn about their reproductive rights in the US and to find health care.

I'm going 2 bed but I'll leave my last thought. accept that ur physical appearance should have no bearing on whether u should be allowed to experience the love and joy life provides. be it underweight or overweight. hating ur own body to the point of utter destruction will leave u nothing but an empty and cold husk of a person. its never too late to change ur ways for the better
