i'm sorry that happened to you. that girl you spoke to was unnecessarily rude. i usually try to answer people's questions to the best of my ability but sometimes i just legitimately don't know where the fuck something is or how you get there, and people get mad at me like it's my job to know the entire layout of the strip (protip: it's not.)
even today, i had a lady ask how to get to "the bakery". we don't have a bakery in our hotel so i asked her which bakery she was talking about. she said it was in the aria casino, so i told her how to get to the aria. then she said "and then how do you get to the bakery?" and when i said i didn't know she rolled her eyes at me and left. and that happens quite often. the other day a guy asked me what's a good club to go to, and i told him that i'm not sure since i'm only 20 and i can't get into any of the clubs and none of my older coworkers were around for me to ask. i said i heard the marquee is nice and he said "oh, we were at marquee last night and it sucked." WELL GOOD FOR YOU DUDE, i'm trying to help you the best i can and you're making my life unnecessarily difficult.
my point with this RR was that i am in no way obliged to know where any of those things are, how to get there, or what's the best ____ in town. i've lived here for 6 months and i'm not of legal age to do anything in this city, so i basically know nothing. it is not in my job description to tell you where to go and i'm sorry if you have to walk all the way to the information desk or just USE FUCKING GOOGLE to find out your answers. i come to the strip to go to work, and then i go home. 30 minutes away. i don't know my way around there, and to be honest i hate the strip (but surprise! that's where all the jobs are). NONE OF THIS entitles anyone to treat me like shit at my workplace because i don't know the answer to a question that holds absolutely no relevance to my actual job. so that's why i made this RR. sorry you had a bad time and i hope your next trip to vegas is a positive one, but you might wanna bring a map.

i work at a high-end store in a hotel casino in las vegas, and i don’t know what it is but apparently people think we’re an information center. i now know how to get from my store to places that i’ve never even been to.
another gem is “where am i?” and half the time the people asking that question are actually semi-sober.
