And the weeds in the ground have grew up through my skin Forsaking a lonesome girl's heart I would go where the stolen roses grow To forget that I have fell apart

blood-redivy:
Ivy gave him a warm smile. “Mine too,” she told him. “Behavioral psychology, and a double major with mastering supernatural abilities. I want to know more about being a djinn, and other creatures, too.” It would reinforce what was real and what was just imagination from time spent thinking she was a human. It was hard to separate sometimes and she wanted to make she knew what she was capable of - and, what others were too so that she could keep herself prepared. Ivy shook her head a bit, tucking her hair behind her shoulder - this was more dressed up than she’s been here in awhile, and she wasn’t complaining. “You probably should be,” she told him. “I would be pretty guarded if I was in your situation.” In her similar past, she was. “I don’t blame you for keeping yourself safe how you can.” She sighed, looking around, how empty it felt with everyone else in the hall. “Should we head back?”
“Huh, I should pay more attention. I don’t think I noticed you before”, Xavier admitted and felt a little silly doing so. Indeed, their major was chosen primarily by women, most of which he thought looked the same. Another statement he was sure would make him immediately unpopular, should he ever choose to voice it. “Guess we’re a big bunch. And you seem a lot more invested in this than I am” At least he knew better now. It was almost nice to know someone who was stuck doing the same thing. And as if to confirm his suspicion, Ivy surprised him again. “Heh, thanks. It’s nice to hear that” Xavier had never analysed the precise reasons for why he acted the way he did, though what the other said made a lot of sense. “Let’s. God knows what we’re missing out on”
