I think after I design Murray's dad I'll get into both of their lore in how they met, cause I mentioned that Murray's dad isn't an eel, by that I mean she was adopted but the way HOW she was adopted is funny as fuck

Ohhhh I think those would VERY much get along, not only cause of the whole partner thing but also Murray would sympathize Silas if she heard about the harpoon incident (let's just say she can also somewhat relate to that.. except with a speargun), but yeah just like Finn, I'm positive Murray would like Silas as well nods nods

ALSO I DONT MIND THE OC SHARING I FIND IT INTERESTING AND FUN AS WELL, so feel free to send as much as you want honestly I love them

The comic is only a smidge of the angst that Murray goes/went through, her life is really angst-ful so there will be more coming in the future.. (and ofc some wholesome ones as well dw I'm not that mean <3)

Like to add more to this ramble. Besides being annoyed that people often don't believe Murray is the mother of Floyd and Jade, what really pisses her off is when people assume she doesn't know how to cook

Like she's actually a very good cook, usually being the one who does the cooking for her family and friends. So telling her you assumed she didn't know how to cook just ticks her off for the whole day, but if you were REALLY wanting to piss her off, telling her that her food is crap will offend her enough to where she purposely puts an improperly prepared pufferfish in your dish that doesn't even have pufferfish to begin (and pray the hospital isn't too far away)

The main reason Murray reacts like this is because she was raised by a single parental figure who often worked long hours, so she was taught to cook and prepare food for herself while she was home alone. Meaning in Murray's eyes, you aren't just insulting her cooking, you're insulting her PARENTS cooking, shame on you tsk tsk

I love bullying my own ocs, it's so funny, I love that I made it so everyone who interacts with Murray for the first time doesn't believe her when she says she's Floyd and Jade's mother at first

And the only reason for that being is because "you don't look or act like a mother" and it drives her insane like "how the fuck am i supposed to act???", and those small chances of people who do believe her, they go "Oh! Are you their father?" LIKE NO, I GAVE BIRTH TO THEM.

meanwhile Sirena on the other hand, everyone believes her when she says she's Floyd and Jade's mom, without a doubt. It's also why Sirena is usually the one who goes to their parent-teachers meeting too lmao
