Let me put you all on pigly.com, it's a weight loss calculator AND it tells you how many cals your gonna need to eat a day to maintain your current weight and goal weight!
It's helped me a lot because my biggest fear is not knowing how much I need to eat to maintain my goal weights, but now I know!
you just plug in some current stats, your goal weight, and when you want to reach it. The website will tell you what you'd need to eat to get there! no warnings or blocks if you would need to eat less than 1,000 cals.

(while you can use ft/in or cm for your height, your weight is measured in lbs and I didn't find a way to change that. just a heads up)

I’ve been doing madfit (youtuber) January challenge (started feb 15th haha) and it’s really good! I’m so sore, but I love that feeling. I do 15 min elliptical before the workout, and then run for 30 mins after, and I feel so good! But next week I have a double shift, and now I’m panicking because I won’t be able to work out, so I’m thinking of going to the gym at 7, and work stars at 9 am, and I get done at 10 pm. Should I? I think I will, because I’m actually worried that I won’t get to work out that day..

So I have a week off work, and I’m going to my parents house for a portion of it. And I’m bringing my scale. Because I can’t not know my weight every day. When did this happen?? Also, I’m vegetarian, and they aren’t, so at least I’ll get to make my own meals, so that’s a plus.

I was really craving bread, haven’t eaten it in like a month, so I thought okay, I might just eat it to avoid a binge. So I had a roll (125 cals), after eating a protein pudding and some pineapple. And now I’m so bloated I can’t even move. But hey, at least I won’t be hungry for a while and I avoided a binge

So I’m gonna drink wine tonight, we’re having a game night. I know that alcohol has a lot of calories, but I miss my friends and I miss drinking. And to not get black out from two sips I’m eating dinner later, I was thinking a salad, for volume, but maybe I should have some carbs to soak the alcohol up?? Aaaaaah I really don’t want to eat carbs.

I’m so glad I only have low calorie foods at home! I wanted to binge so badly, and ended up eating about 4 rice cakes, a cup of soup, a protein pudding and a granola bar. And that’s so much, but ended up being under 500 calories! I’m losing very slowly, but that’s okay, as long as I don’t gain I’m good.
