ultimamente i mei pensieri più “”malati”” si stanno facendo sempre più strada nella mia mente, quelle idee sempre più autodistruttive, che cerco di tener nascoste, le sento più prepotenti ultimamente, sarà lo stress, la mancanza si casa, il fatto questo lavoro lo odio, la sensazione di vuoto costante, il sentirmi sempre fuori luogo e sbagliata, ma io sento di non farcela più, di non reggere più questo, che questi pensieri prendano il sopravvento su di me, e lo so, perché finisce sempre così; il mio corpo ultimamente mi chiede pietà, lo noto dall’ansia che non ce la fa più, dalla sensazione di mancamento e da svarioni costanti, chiedo scusa a me stessa per come mi tratto, nessuno mi ha insegnato a portarmi rispetto, ma forse è il momento di amarsi, di amarmi…ho deciso che intraprenderò un percorso da una psicologa, perché da sola non ne posso più, spero che possa migliorare la situazione in futuro..
