I am an extremely intelligent woman. Even I was a fool for a man. Had lots of unhealed trauma that led to poor decisions and staying in situations that didn’t serve me. I got hurt. I had to heal and learn. I wish that more of us were honest about this.

Toxic relationships are the worst because you start behaving like someone you don’t even recognise. Your self esteem no longer exists and your mental health starts to decline. Please get out. It never gets better.
