I am confused. How did Oxygen not have an contracts with them, when the girls were appearing on the show and about to become permanent cast members?

In fact, if they DIDN’T have a contract that makes this whole thing way worse, because the twins can literally sue Oxygen and the other castmates. If I was them, I would.

I think part of this tea has to be wrong though, because Oxygen wouldn’t leave themselves exposed like that. The whole point of a contract, from their perspective, is to cover their asses in case shit goes wrong. That’s why Jela & The Twins weren’t able to recover their things or get reimbursement… because they had a contract saying that they wouldn’t hold production accountable for any damages. That’s a condition of you being on pretty much any show.

Regardless, its also fucked up that producers knew all of the pranks were going to happen, and still let the girls come in handcuffed.

Producers are bullshitting even more than normal this season. They’re trying to make the cast look like the bullies, when they themselves are orchestrating the whole thing (hey, that’s their job, but its the girls’ job to cause drama too). They didn’t have to allow or make Olivia’s cancer a big deal, when they knew it was fake and offensive to all the millions of people who have faced cancer. They didn’t have to allow that initial fight and jumping of the ghost twins to happen, or to have them come in handcuffed when they knew shit was about to go down. PRODUCTION are the f’d up jumping ones. No one expects it because they look so nice and put together on the show, but they’re the ones making all the shit go down, including stuff that is just sinking too low…
