Ok so I realised that I don’t post about Neil enough so to change that have some of my HC about him

(Some of these are slightly ooc but deal with it)

- some times when Neil is at ease he may slip into a slight British accent (mainly with his pronunciation) it’s not noticeable to anyone but Andrew

-he keeps his hair longer as a way to have some difference between his dad

-his first tattoo is of a key

- many years after the events of the books he begins keeping a journal because he is scared that he will forget small details about his family (the foxes)

- They’re pages of intricate drawings of random shit in the journal from nights when he can’t sleep

- Neil becomes to Jean what Renne is to Andrew

Sometimes I struggle to imagine Andrew and Neil getting old, like for some reason my brain won’t let them age past their 20’s.

Like I can imagine them both joining pro teams and winning gold at the Olympics

I can imagine them getting the cats and moving in together, just “enjoying” domestic life and slowly healing their respective mental wounds as much as they can

I can see Andrew and Aaron somewhat fixing their relationship

I can see Neil coming to terms with the way he looks (not the scars but the similarities to his father)

But I can never see them aging past 29 like in my head that’s the age that they stay at

Idk if that makes any sense at all but I can’t stop thinking about it lmao

Like you’re telling me that the man who has lengthy conversations with Renne and eventually Neil about his plans for a zombie apocalypse doesn’t love the walking dead??

*bonus Neil see’s him watching it one night and so Andrew shows him the show from the very beginning,he acts annoyed at this but he really doesn’t mind.
