Drink a full glass of water before eating and then drink a full glass between bites, it will fill up much faster. Remember that it takes 20 minutes for the brain to realize that the stomach is full.

Cabbage-(6 cals per leaf) [amazing for veggie wraps]
Ham(50 per 4 slices) [I cook and season it. It's also not that hard to find lower ones]
Veggie straws (4 per straw/130 for 38) [delicious, amazing, cheap, low cal]

ALRIGHT heres my low cal pizza recipe once again
LOW CAL PIZZA- 155 cal for the whole thing!! (each slice is 19 cal)
Ingredients:
low cal tortilla (45 cal)
low cal cheese (40 cal)
whatever toppings u want (pictured is chicken (60 cal)
low cal red sauce (like 10 cal i just use a spoon and scoop a spoonful and a half!)
your favorite seasonings: i use oregano, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 and prepare baking sheet.
Spray baking sheet w/ low cal cooking spray/ butter (i use 0 cal avocado spray) around the area your tortilla will lay. set down your tortilla and spray a little bit around the sides of the tortilla as well.
Place the baking sheet with the tortilla in the oven for 3 mins/ until the sides start lifting. 3 mins is usually enough!
Pull the baking sheet out and FLIP THE TORTILLA OVER (this is important) then start adding all your toppings and seasonings.
Put your dressed tortilla back into the oven for another 8-10 mins or until the cheese is melted.
Pull it out and cut it into 8 slices and BOOM there u go! You now have a full pizza thats the same amount of calories as ONE SLICE of regular pizza. and you cant even tell the difference 😛

What you can eat and drink on your diet :
- seaweed (seaweed salad, seaweed leaves etc..) - black coffee - mint tea - chamomile tea - water (of course) - turmeric - cabbage - zucchini
Never forget that you are what you eat, if you choose light and low calorie foods then you will be light and thin but if you choose to eat hamburgers which are heavy and fat then you will be heavy and fat. Make the right choices

Pretty Girl Rules
1) Exercise a minimum of 1 hour a day. Any less time is pathetic.
2) NEVER eat more than 2000 calories, that’s disgusting.
3) Hair and makeup must be meticulously done at all times.
4) You cannot leave the house without your hair and makeup flawlessly done, even if it means being late.
5) Pants should only be worn 2-3 times a week. Anything else is dresses and skirts.
6) EVERYTHING must be shaved and hairless at all times. You don’t want your crush to brush up against your hairy legs, do you?
7) Outfits must be clean, and flattering to your figure.
8) Never skimp on hair or skin care. Clean skin and hair is crucial for beauty.
9) Your space must ALWAYS be spotless. No mess, no clutter, no germs, and nothing out of place. You don’t want to be a slob, do you?
10 ) Wake up no later than 9 am on week days, and 11 am on weekends.
10) Bathe and shower daily. One part of shower/bath a day must be cold to burn more calories.
12) Take sips of water between every bite of anything you eat. Staying hyrdated is essential.
13) Journal and write everything down. What you ate, how you feel, what made you happy, shadow work you've done, everything.
14) Your car must always be clean inside and out. Do it yourself to burn calories and do it to your liking.
15) Stretch every hour. It burns calories without building muscle, and it feels good.
16) Your nails should always be done unless there is a certain reason for them not to be.
17) Keep your bathroom clean at all times. For most of us, it is our second bedroom, and therefore we must treat it with care.
18) Walk at least 3,000 steps per day.
19) Multivitamins are your best friend (next to water), take them every day.
20) You must always carry gum with you.
21) Your skin must always be clean and moisturized. Dry skin is disgusting.
22) Your lips must always be exfoliated and moisturized. You can never have chapped lips
23) drink something, hit your vape, and smoke some bud before you start snacking - you're probably bored
