The first thing I saw was blue. Blue sweater, blue eyes. Blue. Beautifully blue. Then I saw red as I recognized who belonged to the blue. āFucking Wallbanger,ā I hissed, frozen on the spot. His grin slid off as well as he played place-the-face for a moment. āFucking Pink Nightie Girl,ā he finally concluded. He grimaced. We stared, seething as the air literally turned electric between us, snapping and crackling.

Found a paper I wrote in 5th grade that I got an āfā on.
My prompt was āImagine you are sitting on a cloud, what would you do or seeāĀ
I wrote,
"I would see the ground as I fell because I would fall through it because in science you told us that clouds were just water mists."

JLA's "Oblivion" Announcement!
From JLAās website:
One of the most frequent requests that I receive is for more Daemon Black (Lux Series) POV. Flipping POV is harder than it probably looks when youāre pulling a random scene out of a novel and rewriting it when youāre completely disconnected to the whole novel and the character, so Iāve been shying away from POV scenes of late.
But when I can, I like to give the readers what theyāre asking for. Which brings me to what exactly is Project Ovaltine?
Or better known as Oblivion.
Running out of āOā words here.
Many of you have already guessed that it has something to do with the Lux Universe, but what exactly, hasnāt been shared. Today Iām going to tell you a little more about it. Not everything, but enough that I hope many of you will be happy.
Here is the official PM announcement that just went live.
***
NYT bestselling author Jennifer L. Armentroutās OBLIVION, a companion novel to the first books in her Lux series told from the POV of the seriesā renowned hero, Daemon Black, to Liz Pelletier at Entangled, for publication in December 2015, by Kevan Lyon at Marsal Lyon Literary Agency. UK rights to Hodder & Stoughton, to Konyvmolykepzo in Hungary, to Jāai Lu in France, to Giunti in Italy, to Plataforma Neo in Spain, to Dogan Egmont in Turkey, by Rebecca Mancini at Rights Mix. Audio rights to Tantor Audio by Entangled. Film: Brandy Rivers at ICM
***
What does all of that mean?
1. Yes, you are getting more of Daemon Black. Oblivion is a companion novel to the Lux Series. At this time, thatās all I can say about what part of the Lux Series you are actually getting ācuz thatās how I roll. Actually, you will probably know by May or so.
2. Oblivion will not be a complete rewrite just flipped into his POV. There will be new, never before seen material. And you will also see some of your favorite scenes flipped.
3. Oblivion will be available in the U.S. in digital and exclusive online print. Meaning you will be able to order the print book online from online vendors but you will not be able to purchase it in stores. Doing it this way allows for a quicker release for your guys, which meansā¦.
4. Yes, Oblivion is coming out in December of this year!
5. Oblivion has already sold into several countries (six listed above) and there will probably be more coming. How they are printing the book is up to them and I will not know if they are doing print and digital at this time. Best to check with them.
6. There will be something in Oblivion that you really, REALLY want to pay attention to. You will know it when you see it. I promise you that. And I think once you guys see THAT you will also be very happy. Or so I hope. And no, it has nothing to do with the āNoteā
Iām thrilled that weāre able to give you guys what youāve been asking forā more Daemonāand I hope you enjoy Oblivion as much as youāve enjoyed the rest of the series.
Some other useful information. I think.
If you have no idea who Daemon Black is and why anyone cares about Oblivion, you can read the complete Lux Series now and you can start caring about Oblivion.
Lux Series is as follows:
Digital: Shadows, Obsidian, Onyx, Opal, Origin and Opposition Print: Lux Beginnings (includes Obsidian & Onyx), Lux Consequences (includes Opal & Origin), and Opposition
OH MY GOD OBLIVION IS DAEMONāS POV IMMA CRY IMMA CRY SOMEBODY HOLD ME!

I began this book after I finished āFrigidā, a book also written by Jennifer Lynn Armentrout. I enjoyed āfrigidā so much I had to continue with her other adult novels. I am only about two chapter in, although, I donāt think I am going to be let down. Iāll keep you posted.! TODAY-- I finally finished this book a couple weeks ago, be have had absolutely no time to praise it. I enjoyed this book very much, my friend complained about how the main female role had a lot of insecurities, which usually irritates me too. However it being written by J. Lynn, I knew. I had to give it a chance and I'm glad I did. In this case I understood why the female role had insecurities and it didn't bother me very much. After, an "awakening" she decided to embrace her past and move on and that's something I enjoy to see in books. I would highly recommend this book and look forward to reading "Trust in Me" which is the same story but from the male role P.O.V . My Review on Frigidā Oh my goodness! Started this book about 11:30 p.m. stayed up pasted 5 a.m. woke back up at 8 a.m. fixed my self a cup of coffee and finished it. This book was amazing- it had every element to a good romance novel that kept me on my toes and laughing too.! I recommend any and all books written by Jennifer Lynn Armentrout she is by far one of my favorite authors and is the cause of many of my all night binge read-a-thons. I read her Obsidian (LUX) Series , plan to read her Covenant series and her Wait For You Series (which I got for Christmas and am extremely excited about). 5 stars without a doubt. Never a dual moment within her books!
