هل العلاقة الحميمة مؤلمة في أول مرة؟

الحقيقة أن هذا الموضوع نسبي ويختلف من امرأة لأخرى. وعلميا يحدث هذا الشعور بالألم بسبب أن عضلة المهبل تكون ضيقة والإيلاج لأول مرة قد يجعلك تشعرين بالألم قليلا، ويُمكن أن يكون بسبب الاحتكاك وجفاف المهبل وفي هذه الحالة المداعبة قبل العلاقة الحميمة أو استخدام المزلقات قد يُسهل الأمر. ولكن فكرة الشعور بالألم ليست أساسية وقد تحدث أو لا. وبالنسبة كبيرة يكون الشعور بالألم لسبب نفسي والتوتر والخوف من هذا الأمر، لذلك عليكِ أن تشعري بأن الأمر طبيعي ومُمتع أيضا لكي تمنحي جسمك فرصة لاستقبال الأمر بسلاسة.

متى تفضل المرأة ممارسة الجنس؟

*بعد اليوم السَّابع من الدَّورة الشهريَّة: المرأة في هذه الفترة يكون لديها توازن هرموني، الأمر الذي من شأنه زيادة الرغبة الجنسيَّة لديها، حيث تبلغ ثقتها بنفسها الذروة، وتشعر بأنوثتها الزائدة.

*في فصل الصيف: شمس الصَّيف تمد المرأة بفيتامين (د)، الذي يعمل على تحسين مستوى التبويض، وبالتالي زيادة فرصة الحمل، مما يزيد رغبة المرأة بممارسة العلاقة الحميمة.

*في سن العشرين: في هذه السِّن يكون مستوى هرمون الإستروجين في أعلى مستوياته، مما يزيد رغبة المرأة بممارسة العلاقة الحميمة، كما تكون الإباضة في أفضل أوقاتها، مما يعني فرصة أكبر للحمل والإنجاب.

*في سن الأربعين: علمنا بأن هرمون الإستروجين هو المسؤول عن رغبة المرأة في سن العشرين بممارسة العلاقة الحميمة، لكن في سن الأربعين، وهو من أفضل الأوقات التي ترغب خلالها المرأة بممارسة تلك العلاقة، فهرمون التستوسترون هو المسؤول عن زيادة رغبتها، كما أنَّ الهرمونات الموجودة في الكلى تعمل على زيادة رغبتها بعد سن الأربعين.

Unfinished head of Nefertiti

The unfinished brown quartzite head of Queen Nefertiti, the beautiful wife of King Akhenaten was part of a composite statue. Each element was sculpted separately to be later assembled into one statue.

As it remained unfinished, the head retained the guiding lines of the sculptor: the eyebrows were marked with brown and the eyes with black. Like the rest of Akhenaten’s family, the head portrayed the queen according to the Amarna style of art.

Nefertiti’s oval face reflected the sensibility and grace of a woman of great spirit. The eyebrows were elongated naturally towards the temples, projecting supercilious arches and cheekbones. The eyes were half-dimmed by the slightly downcast eyelids. The shape of her mouth hinted a mysterious quality. All of these features, which were rendered with harmonious proportions, created a beautiful portrait of the queen.
