damn, haven’t been on here in 3 years. if i had stayed with it there’s no doubt i’d be my goal weight by now.
i’ve always wanted to lose weight, since i was 8 or 9.
i’ve gained so much weight i can’t even put the number down without screaming.

When I get depressed, I just want to eat. And right now, I’m having some serious mental health issues, and it’s hard not to, self medicate I guess, with food.
It’s so hard to break bad habits. I just want carbs and sugar.
I will stick with it though, because I’m getting results and I can’t just throw that away.

I’m down 8.1 lbs today!!! In just a week of dieting! I wish every week was like this.
I just got my period though, so I ate a little less healthy today. Had a piece of cherry pie 😅 I was still under my calorie goal, though, so hopefully this won’t mess me up or anything.
It’s hard to keep this up though. I’m feeling kind of depressed, and when I’m depressed I just want to eat.

Maintaining for another day, small .2 bump on the scale but I’m not letting it get me down 😄
I’m trying to keep the mindset that this is a marathon, not a sprint.
I physically feel a lot better though! I feel less bloated, my stomach doesn’t hurt. Except I’m pretty tired, any one else experience this when dieting? It’s a little hard to get out of bed.

Alright, so I’m back up a pound but that’s totally ok 😅
I don’t know why, since I ate under my calorie limit yesterday.
Maybe I shouldn’t be weighing myself every day like I am. I just feel excited to weight myself in the morning to see if my weight went down.
I’m not going to let that get me down though. Still eating healthy, still trying super hard to be positive.
I’m letting myself feel ok about my body, or I’m trying really hard at least. That shit is h a r d.

I was just at a friend’s house, and they’re an incredible baker. Sweet carbs are my weakness, baked goods, man.
And of COURSE they had a ton of baked goods around, cupcakes and muffins!
And I’m so proud of myself because I snacked on some watermelon instead 😄
It’s a small victory, but one I’m proud of. I usually would have had 3 muffins!

Weighed in at 250 today!
I’m down a total of 6.8 pounds.
I was really bummed out last night with the before pictures I took, but this is a nice thing to wake up too.
