Emilya mom revealing that marriages r nothing but a dark way ahead and the fact that she had never wanted them , is so dope. Her accepting of it as pure agony has inspired me not to have children . Hope id keep it up

Emily tho having so much ideas and poems which could inspire the mankind wasnt able to publish them just because she was a woman. She wasnt just because of being a woman , who was only expected to be the caretaker of the house and pursue a career in the kitchen.

Ascribing the thinking to only to the men , as if its a gods given gift for men , was absurd. Men writers boasting their writings and thinking themselves to be the greatest of writers , when they didnt even give the opportunity to women to showcase their talents was injustice. Who knows , they might have been scared that theyd get some competition.

Thinking abt the placement of women in the society during the antiquity is just disturbing. Im glad that later women got what they legitimately have their rights, the things that they are also ascribed of, tho its really wrenching to know that they had to fight for it ,but they who shouldn't have been placed that way in the firstplace.

Wish i could do the same . Wish we could live our lives with the narrow mindedness that earth is flat and has edges. Atleast we can use that as a scapegoat when we r filled with suicidal thoughts.

Ive been wanting to watch this for quite a while and to be honest this series is worth the time. Not to mention that im late, i still think im early.
