Too Young

There he sat match to his arm,

Even though he’s “too young” to self harm,

He has gotten too addicted to the pain,

People think he just wants attention gain,

He can’t get help because he’s only nine,

And when they were nine their life was sublime

There she sat purging again,

All she ever wanted was to be thin,

But now she’s in it way too deep,

When she told her parents they said “Just eat”.

The scariest part is she’s just twelve,

But she can’t find the strength to stop herself.

There they sat shaking once more,

For their parents had just removed their door,

So now their trust in everyone’s gone,

And they don’t have a shoulder to lean on,

“They can’t be trans their only fifteen”,

Said their parents who don’t support lgbt.

All these stories could very well be true,

So you should stop acting so aloof,

Age doesn’t matter, it never will,

So please listen they may need a pill,

Stop acting like you got a degree,

Because you still don’t know what they need.

Egg Puffs!! 60 Calories for the entire batch!!!

I can’t find the original post for these but!!! I wanted to share how mine came out and they are delicious! I opted for a little bit of vanilla extract and they are perfectly sweet!! if anyone can find the post I’d love to give credit, but I’ll put the instructions down beloww

Ingredients:

3 egg whites

1 tsp of baking powder

A couple drops of vanilla extract

A tiny bit of salt

Tsp of oil of your choice

Set oven to 350

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until nice peaks form and you can turn the bowl upside down (I suggest an electric whisk, hand whisking takes forever)

take a sheet tray, cover with aluminum foil, and oil ( if you don’t have enough oil they stick and it’s a nightmare)

Take a spoon and dolup mixture onto pan

Bake for 10 minutes, or until tops are golden brown

Enjoy!! I added a bit of cinnamon for sweetness 💕💓💗

Just some background info: my parents are SUPER homophobic and said they’d send me to a mental hospital if they even got the HINT that I thought I might like girls and hate everything to do with the lgbtq+ community. So I made my own crappy version of a poly pride flag.

I’m pretty scared they’ll find out but on the bright side I HAVE A FRICKEN PRIDE FLAG!!!! THE REBELLION BEGINS!!!
